I don't know how other customers had a bad experience here. My experience was almost bad. But thanks to Kenny and Carlos, they went above and beyond. Was supposed to have a bedroom suit, matress and tv delivered. Upon delivery, no bedroom suit. I had sold mine already so I'm infuriated. The delivery driver, Carlos, called the store. Long story short, the next day, Carlos called and asked when he could bring my bedroom suit. I appreciate the professionalism, even after I snapped and making everything right. Thank you so much guys!!!

Update 10/28/24. After canceling the order many months ago, I received a knock on my door from some employee driving a truck. He was rude and demanded that I call the store and speak to Britney…. For reasons! Just the worst!
Update: surprisingly I heard back from Aaron’s Friday 8/16/24 via phone call. They stated that I gave them the wrong phone despite me receiving phone calls from them on previous occasions and also included today. I informed the employee working at employee of this and she insinuated that it was me who gave her the wrong number and she hung the phone up my face rudely
This company provides a 100% disappointing level of service. Calls often go unanswered, and messages are not returned.

I am officially DONE with this store after we pay this bed off. They are so rude and inconsiderate. Just buy your furniture and pay out of pocket.

This store is the absolute worst. I have rented from aarons many times before, but I cannot get anything delivered from this store. The manager Brittany tells lies on a recorded line and then back tracks to cover herself. A complaint was filed with corporate.

Dishonest company that will tell you one thing and then not stand by their word. Customer service is not a priority to them. They will make arrangements with you and then immediately call you a liar and threaten to come take your stuff. First and last time I will ever do business with such a dishonest company that has zero concern or value for their customers.

APRIL 4TH UPDATE CARLOS PUT A DUMMY DOORKNOB IN NOT A REAL ONE NOW DOOR WONT SHUT STRAY CAT HAS GOTTEN IN THERE SO STILL NOT FIXED CALLED MANAGER TODAY TO TELL SHE IGNORS R PHONE CALLS WONT TALK TO US UPDATE APRIL 2ND 2024 indeed once again we have caught Brittany in another lie carlos finally came out to fix our lock that was broken by Aarons only because the Homeowners were ready to sue Brittany but 2 weeks ago Brittany told us Carlos told her when we called in and asked why hasnt anyone come out to fix the lock her lie was he told me he already came out and fixed it its on a recorded line her telling this confirmed lie and on our house cameras tonight Carlos stated he never told the Gm Brittany they he had already been out to fix it! Well well well!!! We do appreciate carlos not lieing to us during this mental abuse from Brittany! We have never been treated and lied to so bad by a company like Brittany has done us! Good paying customer never missed a payt and you have put is through so much mentally that its affecting us both bad! But the main thing we have been lied to by her to much that something has got to be done now! like the lie you stating my roommate is my wife this is serious and im seeking what can be done about this u calling me a wife to my roommate who is a lady as well! UPDATE :::::: HERE WE ARE A MONTH LATER AND STILL GETTING LIED TO WE CALLED BRITTANY LAST WEEK ABOUT WHY THE MAN HASN'T FIXED THE LOCKED ON OUR LAUNDRY DOOR THAT HE BROKE??? HER RESPONSE CARLOS TOLD ME HE ALREADY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT YEA RIGHT SHE LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING.... SO HARD TO BELIEVE ANYTHING THEN SHE TELLS US THAT AARONS DOESNT WANT TO GIVE US ANOTHER WASHER LIKE SHE ASSURED US IN THE FIRST PLACE BUT ONCE AGAIN IS THIS ANOTHER LIE FROM THE GM BRITTANY????? I DO HAVE A CALL IN TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE HIGHER UP THAN THIS GIRL BECAUSE SO FAR SHE HAS PROVED NOTHING TO US BUT LIES AFTER LIES AFTER LIES! ALSO WHEN THE WASHER WAS TORN UP AND SHE STATED SHE COULDNT TELL US WHAT PART WAS FIXED ON IT STATED THAT WAS ARRONS RULES MIGHTY STRANGE I CALLED 2 OTHER LOCAL STORES AND THEY SAID THEY NEVER HEARD OF THAT THAT THAT WAS INDEED FALSE INFO ALL THEY DID WAS SCRATCHED OUR WASHER UP AND DID SOMETHING WORST TO IT THAN WHAT IT WAS BEFORE IT LEFT HERE! NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT AND THIS IS HOW YOUR TREATED BY THE GM BRITANNY AT THE CRESTWOOD STORE! This store employees and the manager is the worst people i have ever dealt with! They need to fire this entire staff! The biggest liars ever..... This is an issue they caused came out to my house tore my lock up and dont give a crap about it never been out to fix it! Every last one of these people at this store needs to be fired and learn how to not lie! All the rwviews out here on you the manager who states that's been there 10 years are horrible your reputation is horrible your known to be a liar! Just like stating i cussed you out i did not cuss you out roll the tape back i never said one cuss word your name! I asked if you were calling me a dam liar thats not cussing you! We have never been treated so bad with any company in this world like you have! And you trying to use me asking are you calling me a damn liar to prove that's why your not doing right! And still telling us today that ge wont allow you to tell us what was wrong with the washer that only u can know what part that was suppose to be fixed which it is way more torn up than what it was when it left our house! And scratched up horrible and then never got anyone to fix the lock your guy broke at our house! I see good paying customers you treat horrible but go look at all your reviews its telling who you are! And then you calling me a wife to someone that im not even a wife to Miss gm manager so what's up with that why did you call me a wife? And why did you Gm state Carlos want deliver to my house my property if im here ive never had a convo with that man??? But i do know he tore my lock up that you have not fixed!!!!!!

This location needs better customer service skills The Gm Brittney is very rude !!!!! They don’t communicate with each other !!! I will never again Get anything else from Aaron’sWho wants to be harassed about 80 dollars after a plan was already in motion!!! Then threaten to come to my house after only 2 days of missed payments haven’t even had the property for a whole month yet Hell not even weeks yet

Best place to go if youre just moving , re discovering up to date items, or just simply want to upgrade. This is the place for you. Got approved for a little ? No big deal, you will leave out happy . Ask Mr Ray himself, I can bet you. You will have the appliance you're looking for or something just as good .

At this location Ms. Kim is best ask for her and no one else. She is absolutely professional the sweetest person there. The floor manager is absolutely no help what so ever and cant answer and questions. Ms. Kim is the sole reason we have accounts with Aaron's. @Aarons management team , promote Ms. Kim to manager, your business will boom!!!!

This store is really unorganized. They tell you one thing on the website and another over the phone. I already signed the lease and everything and was told they were just waiting on everything to be delivered to the store.I’m still waiting on my order. I don’t want to be charged for something I haven’t even received yet. It’s hard to even get anybody on the phone.
