ABF dropped off and picked up my relocubes from U-Pack. The driver was incredibly friendly and was able to drop the cubes in a difficult location that made it much, much easier for me to pack. They were also easy to reach by phone and were friendly and helpful.

I booked a load with them and they picked up the load to deliver it to the state terminal and tell me we dont go to that area so the customer will have to pick the load up but they must of forgot i already paid for them to deliver my load. Absolute worst company and they have lost all of our business from here on out

Absolutely terrible service. Zero communication between employees. I communicated a situation to one customer service rep then talked to another who said nothing was noted in my file and they were unaware of my situation. I was told one of my shipments would be delivered, rearranged my schedule to be there for my shipment for there to be a no show with zero communication of no delivery happening. ABF Delivery services do not accommodate rural roads so my shipments could not even be delivered to my house (yet I’ve had deliveries from UPS, FedEx, and Home Depot). Drivers were extremely rude. Terrible experience and tragically I had to suffer through 4 deliveries with this company should have only been three but they ‘forgot’ half of my third shipment. Do NOT recommend ABF Freight!*** update*** the nightmare continues! Truck driver calls to say my shipment is on the way we agree on a time (he’s extremely rude). Apparently he arrives early and determines he can’t make it down my road (yes, that’s why I’m meeting him to get my shipment, have discussed this many times with customer service AND this truck driver) he leaves with no notification (I had someone take off work to meet him) I call main office, they say the guy told me he couldn’t deliver my shipment which was a lie. I tell customer service how nasty truck driver was AND that he lied regarding our communication. Of course customer service does NOTHING but to schedule another day for my delivery. At this rate I’m not hopeful I’ll ever receive my shipment! Worst customer service, worst freight company. If you order a large/heavy product PLEASE make sure ABF Freight is not the company delivering!

Worst freight company i have had to deal with. Shipment was supposed to be delivered Thursday, it’s Wednesday of next week an i’m still waiting fir someone to “try” and get it out to be delivered today. This is ridiculous. I better get my shipment today or im suing.

These people destroyed my snap on tool box and then wanted to deliver it . When I filed a claim they offered me 40 dollars for it . They are a joke and so is there claims department.

Limited to one delivery interaction, but the driver was great, helpful with the cargo. Office staff very pleasant. No complaints.

Ordered some commercial gutters from Memphis Tennessee did not tell me they would not be able to unload due to weight. Instead driver unhooked the load and dropped it off damaging my product.
