Love the people here, They've gone above and beyond several times to get me in the road. I had to order correct brake pads because a four letter store sold me the wrong parts. I used the same day delivery to the driveway and was back on the road in no time.

The store manager closed store 20 minutes early and I was directed to this store by the 5th Avenue south store for the parts because they have it here. Very unprofessional

Came for a battery.. Made sure to check online before I went to see what was available for my making model of vehicle. .. The guy working lets me know that they only have one kind of battery available for my vehicle and it's over $200.. I said what about online where it gives multiple batteries you'll have available for my make in model which also has an $89 battery available for my make and model. He said oh you probably put in the wrong information so I show him where it says my make in model and he tells me that that's the wrong vehicle and doesn't even bother to offer to carry the battery out to my vehicle for me or anything.. So customer service is very lacking and all they're gonna do is rob you. Never mind what's clearly in black & white in front of their face there's still gonna take as much money as they humanly possibly can from you.

First let me start out by saying I don't normally go out of my way to write reviews but feel that the poor customer service at this location was warranted. Before driving over 30 minutes to this location, I called to ask if they would price match Walmarts price on an item and they said they would. (policy states they are supposed to anyways). So I drive all the way to the location only to be told by the manager that they only price match on certain items. (Seems like you either price match or don't). Long story short the customer service at this store is no good, they are not honest, and will not keep their word. Please save yourself time and do not come to this location.

Horrible customer service, asked to have battery checked, guy was rude then slammed my hood down crushing the cover plate for battery and he just kept walking into the building
