They are not overbearing or high-pressure, with no haggle on displayed prices and salespeople that do not swarm customers. The process is accommodating, with good service and support whenever needed. They are upfront about vehicle condition, provide good pictures, and link Carfax reports online. They help with financing efficiently and handle paperwork promptly, even sending titles overnight. While there is a dealer fee, they are willing to come down on price. They take care of small issues immediately at no extra cost. Customers are very happy with their purchases, strongly recommend the dealership, and state they would buy from them again.
