I just financed my new truck thru ACCU. Regina Pickens was the reason! The dealership had many finance company options but Regina was the only person to show genuine concern for me. She went over and beyond to give me the best options for my budget. She blew all the other lenders away. Because of her, ACCU will be my first choice when financing a car. Thank you so much Regina!

Worst customer service I have an auto loan with this bank which they have switched systems for automatic drafts but it's up to the customers to switch. The links they forward do not work. No one at the branch downtown Birmingham are willing to help. Don't do business with them it's been a hassle for two years now since I purchased vehicle.

CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Candy in the Mobile branch should not be in customer relations what's so ever at all. She is a dishonest person who should not even be affiliated with a job that handles people funds. She blatantly lies to customers, she denies customers their rightful acct services. She denied me an appt to withdraw funds from my account, she then lied stating appts cannot be made. When she was called out on her lies based on the info of signs on the building itself,

My grandfather opened an account for me here ten years ago. It used to be the best in town, but quality of service has been going downhill since they hired a new branch manager (loan officer). The auto & credit card rates are still low, but be prepared to deal with rude staff if you decide to bank here.I will edit my review and give more stars if they hire a new manager.
