This has to be the worse credit union ever!! They lack communication skills. I had a auto loan with them always paid on time and always gave them extra 100 dollars!! my car total out and I still owe money and 3 months ago I try paying it off and they didn’t let me because I had gap insurance well the gap insurance was a scam and now they send to there collection now I have to go get a personal loan to pay them off! The way they treat there customers is rude

I do not see the use of having an banking app when the customer don't have full app control options. You have to log in online to see more stuff. so out dated. You can't chat with anyone. you have to send a message and wait on a message response. I like some things that are offered, but if you make more opportunities to the customer, I think more people would be interested.

After holding on the phone for 18 minutes for customer service representative to get the final payment amount on loan, I wasdisconnected... called back held on for addition 20 minutes only to be told someone would have to call me back . Not sure how you are supposed to make the final payment if no one will give you an amount.

Been with them for years, got my rating from poor to fair this month and still can't get a measly little starter loan to get help when I need it most and build more credit? Worthless. How do you expect anyone to have anything but a limited credit history when never given an opportunity? Closing account asap.

Online banking is useless. Getting someone on the phone is impossible. Do not recommend getting a loan through this credit union. This is the most complicated place to make a payment.

I sold a car to a person who is a member of this credit union. The person called me from the credit union when was trying to get the loan approved and asked me all the details about my vehicle. The next day the person called me back and told me the dollar amount that the bank would approve to loan for the purchase my vehicle. I asked, are you sure that they included all of the features of my vehicle because according to the NADA website my car should’ve been valued at way more than the credit union would approve for it. I asked the credit union employee when I met them did they include all the features for my vehicle and she said she was pretty sure that they did when I confronted her about double checking she pretty much ignored me. So I pretty much lost about $1000 off the price of my vehicle back out to the credit union didn’t want to approve any more money for it. When the NADA website tells you that your vehicle is worth way more than they are willing to loan someone for. Of course the buyer of the car was thrilled because they had to pay less money but it hurt the seller. I will not use this credit union again because I don’t believe they tried to value my car correctly and I lost money.
