Crooked bunch shut down kings rx in Samson al for nothing but in 2006 I reported florala rx owner Charles Smith for having his employee my ex wife I caught punching out free samples and bagging them to resell for retail ...by the car loads they told me he carried to.much clout to go after. Smh

Not good at all! They allow bad pharmacist and techs to get away with mistreatment and refusing to fill my prescriptions & to retailate against me from CVS pharmacies! The board of pharmacy investgators is a bunch of pathetic imbeciles who aren't doing their jobs! I was screamed at by the pharmacist Matthew at the Crawford rd CVS in phenix city and was told not to come back to the store! CVS was the cause of me getting dismissed by my doctor's office. Because they bad mouthed me at walmart & they started making me drive around just like they did at CVS. Because I dropped of my son's eye creme prescriptions. If they didn't have it in stock just tell me don't j*** me around.And the pharmacist at the local neighborhood market store was withholding my prescriptions refills unlawfully and harassing me. CVS is the cause of all the problems I am having now with trying to keep a stable pharmacy.I had been going to CVS for 10 years having my prescriptions filled there. Well, the techs shouldn't have been making things difficult and hard for me & acting like I am getting away with something attitude. Which prompted me to file a complaint with the board of pharmacy in the first place.The district manager over CVS kept letting them get away with harassing me and making things difficult for me. But this one female tech making rude gestures at me at one visit during my routine visit in picking up my refills in 02/2019, like HAHA we are getting away with treating you bad. Prompted me in making a complaint with the board of pharmacy.But they only gave them more ammunition against me to harass me. When the board of pharmacy ruled in their favor.He was very abusive and unprofessional. The board of pharmacy seems to fine or disciplining bad pharmacists and techs at other pharmacies in Alabama but not at CVS. Wellcare pays CVS to fill my prescriptions but they refuse to fill them. The techs were making things difficult for me along with the pharmacist at CVS not knowing how to count pills & shortening my medicine. But Ryan Smith was purposely being a dirtbag by having me always having, to come back to the store to get the rest of the pills that were owed to me. He was nice about it. Just like how they were nice with Dereck on 01/10/2020 the day I was set up Dereck Matthew and Ryan smith. They were being snakes in the grass setting me up to retaliate & tell me I wasn't allowed to get my medicine filled at the Crawford Rd location in Phenix City. They had to lie about me saying I started the confrontation to the police, even though it was Matthew who started yelling at me and violating my customer privacy and HIPPA violations. By letting the other customers know the private business that was between me and them. About my complaint with the board of pharmacy & how they sided with them.All because I had filed a complaint with the Board of Pharmacy,

Having problems with bad customer service at CVS and walmart harassing me about filling my legally prescribed medications. The pharmacist and techs harassing me & with retailation because. I filed a complaint with the board. The board rules in their favor over the customer. The pharmacist & tech bad mouth me to other pharmacies. This is defamation of character.
