My technician who came out to stop gas leak was great. After I was promised 25 gallons of gas due to leak because of a defective part on the tank, The company refuses to honor it.

I ordered gas (I was out) but I didn't mark emergency delivery and was charged an extra $300.

the truck was over 2 weeks late.When I tried talking to someone, all I got was a computer or a foreign accent I could not understand and could not understand me. I am trying to find another supplier.

Delivery notice provided 3 times without delivering. Finally cancelled the order and contacted a different provider and propane delivered the following morning along w/ an emergency delivery fee of $300 (note we ordered the propane 2 weeks earlier). Horrible phone communication when trying to resolve multiple times.

Gas was delivered to my house that I did not order! When I called I was TOLD that I had signed up for automatic delivery. I did not sign up for that service and I certainly didn’t expect to get 482 gallons of gas delivered which leaves me a bill of over $1100.00 to try to pay.

The service is great! The only issue my wife and I have is the speed in which the driver goes down our driveway. It is a rather long drive and we have two dogs that sometimes run along side the vehicles. I had rather him take a little more care and slow down when he is leaving our home.

I was able to schedule an appointment online to have our tank refilled. I was given a timeline for when AmeriGas would send someone to fill our tank & then I received the bill online. I paid it and it was all so simple! I love it! Thank you!

Great but tacked on fee’s. I don’t like a company that gives you one price then send a bill much higher.

I didn't get a response from the email request sent nor did anyone answer the phone. As far as I'm concerned I'm still waiting for a call back.

Ordered gas on January 3, it's now January 22 and have talked to several outsourced customer service representatives regarding why the tank has yet to be filled. Have been told no documentation... although we received a text about 2 weeks stating it was going to be delivered. Was told that the system made a mistake and dublicated the order so it was cancelled ?. So very frustrating unfortunately jobs are being outsourced to other countries and the customer service is horrible!! I will NOT be using Amerigas in the future!
