Caroline made tonight an amazing shopping experience. Even though we came in 30 minutes to close, she never made me feel rushed. I can only imagine that she pulled every navy suit piece in the entire store for me to try. Thank you, for everything!

The store was clean and well organized. I found some great pieces on clearance!! The staff were not particularly helpful at all, I got my own dressing room and no one offered help even though they weren’t busy, although I don’t really mind that too much.

I was in dire need of a new suit. I wasn't sure about the selection initially, but two of their salespeople helped me out and I genuinely felt like I had the best experience ever in terms of finding the right fit and style I was looking for. Definitely love what I received, and would highly recommend. Their selection this fall has really expanded, and there are some wonderful colors and patterns in (despite the pandemic). While I definitely spent more than I ever have before, I'm glad I made it here.

Customer service was lacking. Seemed disinterested in replacing items in my correct size. Remained at the cash register discussing my size concerns and not addressed. Seemed bothered in my attempts to purchase items that fit. Basically, told me to " get out of the way. "

I went in looking for an outfit for an interview and grabbed several pants to try on, as it’s hard for me to find styles that fit my athletic build. The lady that helped me into my fitting room (I believe her name was Missy) was very kind and said to ask if I needed anything. But, I didn’t see her again after that. I was in the fitting room for over 30 minutes and never received any help. When I finally walked out and flagged someone down (a different lady than before), she was extremely rude and seemed inconvenienced by me asking for another size. After this, I got dressed 2-3x and left my fitting room to grab my own sizes (as not to bother the employees). The lady proceeded to passive aggressively ask “if I was finished yet” with a sigh each time that I left to grab my OWN sizes. I finally found a pair that worked and went to check out. On my way to the register, the lady yelled across the store, announcing my name as loud as possible “are you done NOW?”. I am just amazed at the lack of customer service. I have been in Ann Taylor with a friend prior to this and was treated so much better... this was completely unnecessary and uncalled for.

I love the clothing from Ann Taylor. I have to wear suits everyday. Ann Taylor always has a good selection. My problem with the store is the attitudes of the employees if you need to return merchandise.I understand the save the sale approach when a customer returns an item.I needed to return some items purchased online.I was met with an eye roll.The lady who appeared to be the manager began to tell me that she could reorder.I explained that the styling was not suitable.She began to tell me that the styling was the intended look. I then explained that the discount I received was greater online than in store.She then said that discount was rare and would not happen again soon.At this point...just return the clothing!!

Catheryn is great! I had an issue with a shipment and online customer service was not responsive and had extremely long hold times due to COVID 19. I went to the store to get help and she let me leave my shoes and held on the line for me and resolved my shipping issue. Besides quickly solving my issue, she was also professional, kind and empathetic.
