I can't say enough about Arts music store. I recently started playing guitar. I purchased a new left handed guitar from Arts only to find out later that just because I am left handed does not mean that I should play a guitar left handed. The awesome staff at Arts became involved and really went above and beyond to help me get a right handed guitar. I want forgot the way you helped me and I will remain a lifetime customer. Thank you very much!!!

SCAM! Just buy an instrument off Amazon with Affirm or some other if you need to make payments. The markup isn't justified by the TERRIBLE and antiquated policies and customer service.AVOID! THIS IS A SCAM!

I raised two musicians all the way through college with instruments, service and repairs from Art's. Absolutely the best!Family run business that is an honest broker and sales staff, with excellent repair technicians. Compare them on new and used instruments, and repair cost; you will quickly use one of their locations for your music needs.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. They had strings for a 1/8 violin we had been looking all over town for. Definitely the place to go in town if u need items for string instruments other than guitars.

High pressure sales tactics on major purchases. Uncomfortable atmosphere throughout the store, once you state that you might not be purchasing item that day you might as well be dead to them. Stuck up to say the least. Support other businesses if at all possible.

Great experience grabbing a new sax mouthpiece. Ask for Tully for the best help and make sure you bring your sax to try out the top brands in the store.

BEWARE!!!!! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. My son was suppose to attend a camp. I rented the merchandise on May 31. Was told he would not be able to attend. Called the shop back June 2 explaining how he would not be able to attend. They would not let me speak with management. Took the merchandise back to the shop on June 3. The staff stated that I could not return unless I pay the minimum rental fee of 4 months before I returned. The instrument was never used or open. Brought back in 4 days and still received poor service. I will not be referring this music shop to any parents. Now I'm out of thousands of dollars and my child hasn't even touched the instrument.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT rent instruments from here. All they want is your $$$. I can't begin to tell you what a nightmare it had been renting our child's instrument from them this year for school. I wish I could give negative stars. The breaking point was last week when we returned the instrument but was charged another $90 for the month of June. ITS NOT JUNE yet!!!!!!Schools have no business partnering with companies like this!

Rented a instrument for my child. School class. Be warned! This company wants in your wallet. We were charged for a full month of June on the 30th of May. Yes school was out and the instrument was returned. When asked about it, my wife was told, "There's nothing we can do. Payment has already gone thru". Really? There's nothing you can do? Pro rate? Refund? Sleezy company's like Arts should be banned from schools.

I had my daughter's trumpet cleaned and repaired. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and courteous to us. The quality of work was great and it only took a couple of days.

You should think about buying an instrument from another source, this place is a money pit, will find ways to charge you more than you should have to pay. They have in-house repair but will charge alot for any normal wear and tear, when you turn in a rental instrument after just 4 months rental. Ended up spending around $500. Should have bought an instrument elsewhere and would have owned it for that amount. Wish I had listened to my intuition. Lesson learned.

It’s nice that stores like Art’s are still around.
