UPDATE: BEWARE of purchasing from the Galleria store location. I was told three different timings regardless the receipt of my furniture. Additionally, “Ashley” brand hybrid mattress is uncomfortable, however, because it does not come with “sleep guarantee” warranty - Ashley will not return after 24 hours. If you decide not to keep furniture, there is a $99 plus 10% re-stocking fee charged. Lastly, my Queen bed looks horrible, the mattress and bed base are NOT in alignment. The store associate said, “That’s how the bed is supposed to look”! TIPS: Compare prices online before making a huge furniture purchase. Other furniture ware houses carry the same pieces as Ashley and will offer enhanced customer service.Jo was absolutely fantastic and so patient, as I picked out new furniture for my first place! The store manager was additionally helpful at answering any questions.

Ordering furniture from Ashley has easily been the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. First, we had sales associates arguing over who should get our commission, this made both my wife and I extremely uncomfortable. Months later when our furniture finally arrived, both our bed and dresser were broken and had to be returned. They called us a month later saying our new dresser was ready to be picked up. I drove out to the warehouse house in my truck with one of my employees and once we arrive, I notice it’s the exact same dresser that I had returned a month earlier with the exact same damage and they tried to pass it off as a new dresser! You’d think this would be the end of our terrible experience, but it gets even better, when we returned the bed panel, they told us they would ship us a new one. Months go by and the new panel finally arrives, and wouldn’t you know, it’s the wrong panel! 7 months later after we ordered our furniture, we still can’t even put our bed together because we don’t have the correct panel.

Absolutely no follow through.Previously we ordered a couch through this store over the phone. When the company arrived to deliver our couch, they looked at three flights of stairs and said they could not deliver it. We cancelled the order, and the store refused to give us a refund for the delivery.We left a 1-star review and got a call from the district manager. Because this location is independently owned, the owner/CEO had to be consulted to refund the deliver cost (for an item NOT delivered). We were promised by the district manager that refund would be given, and here we are 21 days later and no refund.This seems to be the only way to get through to leadership. After they have your money they could care less.

Damien was very helpful. He helped me pick out my couch, and was able to find me a mattress on clearance for my new home. He was very professional and easy to work with. I would highly encourage anyone to work with him again when purchasing at Ashley.
