Very satisfied. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The dentist spent time explaining his findings and recommended a treatment plan. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and competent. It was the best dental experience I’ve had! A very patient centered facility

Went in this morning to do the initial visit because I had a filling fall out behind my front teeth. Did X-rays took me back to have cleaning done and examine my teeth. I knew I had issues with my teeth I have not been to the dentist in probably 5 years. Hygienist never showed up they did not clean my teeth the dentist came in and examined my teeth told me I had pitting from bone loss on the left side of my gums. He then proceeded to make a car plan to crown 6 of my teeth when I told him no I can’t afford to crown 6 of my teeth he said refilling them is plan B. I told him that’s what I wanted. He proceeded to try and talk me into crowning them and when I repeated no he got up and had the dental assistant finish my care plan and had the care plan consultant come talk to me where she tried to talk me into financing the work on my teeth and said a crown only cost $400 like that is cheap. I said no I can’t afford it I just want them filled and she said well you need to go get a second opinion then and we won’t charge this visit to your insurance because we’re aspen and we can do that as she brushed her shoulder like she was showing off. I said okay and she took me up front and printed of my care sheet and handed it to me $8,000 in work to be done to my teeth. I called another dentist I’ve been to before had my X-rays sent to them and went and seen them and took my estimate with me . He looked it over and aspen had added several services to my care plan that was never discussed with me such as teeth whitening , they had filling on my front teeth then a crown build up right over the filling in the sheet ( second dentist said there’s no point in having both) he went over my X-rays and examined my teeth and cleaned them and said nothing about bone loss or pitting. His quote to do all the work was 200% cheaper than aspen with the same quality of work.

Everyone was very couteous. I feel that I was treated with respect and care. This was my first visit to Aspen Dental and nothing made me feel apprehensive.

They were short staffed it took longer than expected, however they were quite friendly and accommodating. They offered me water and crackers, because I had a long day and didn't get a chance to eat. Which I appreciated normally the wait time wouldn't be as long as I were informed. This is why I gave them a 4 star this time

Always a good experience. The staff is excellent. You may have to wait a little while, but once you get back you understand. They don't rush and take as much time as needed. Professional and friendly, recommended to anyone!!!

I was late and charged for the x-ray which was supposed to be free. They heard my concern , fixed it, and refunded. The dentist was great, patient and informative. I definitely would go back.
