This location was supposed to open at 10:00am, and I waited until after 11:00am for the store to open and it never did. This location needs more staff immediately.

Destinie was a HUGE help! She helped me pick out the right phone and accessories for our father. She was patient, polite, and answered all of my many questions! Usually going to a phone providers store is a pain, but she made it easy and pleasant! THANK YOU TO DESTINIE AND THIS LOCATION!! ??

GREAT customer service. I stopped in because I am visiting Birmingham and my phone was malfunctioning and not charging. My phone is the only way I can get around town, check in on my reservations, etc. so I was really in trouble. The man working there was incredibly kind and helpful, and was patient working with multiple customers. I had kids with me while I was troubleshooting different solutions and he didn't seem annoyed or bothered at all. The customer service here was very good and really helped me at a time when I would have otherwise been very stressed out. The charger I got works perfectly and I'm on my way. Thank you to the guy helping me.

This isn't a review about a store it's a review about the corporation. I am a current customer. They will lie to you about their promotions and they never honor them. I have been trying to merge my fiber and wireless bills for months and they haven't completed it yet. It takes hours to do anything with customer service and this company actually went behind one of their reps and changed my account once he merged the two accounts. I paid the regular fee with no discount bc they were going to shut off my Internet and even then I have a bill that reflects no payments. They don't care about people and customer service is hit or miss. My guess is the real problem is the decision makers. They are all about customer acquisition but once you're in they don't care about you and they won't honor their deals. This company lacks integrity by far. Again not a reflection of any store or employee, but more so their corporate process.

I personally feel the AT&T stores are useless they really don't sell , advertise or know what is going on instore or with merchandise I the person who was in this location was good I was happy with his service

I recently visited this AT&T location and was shocked by the poor customer service I received from one of the employees. The employee in question was on her phone texting and browsing social media, while ignoring the customers who were waiting for assistance. When I tried to ask for her help, she yelled at me and made me feel unwelcome in the store.I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by this employee. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and given the assistance I need when visiting a store. Instead, I was met with hostility and rudeness.This experience has left me with a negative impression of AT&T and I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking quality customer service. It is unacceptable for an employee to treat customers in this manner and it is imperative that AT&T addresses these issues to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and receive the service they deserve.In conclusion, the behavior displayed by this employee was unacceptable and has tarnished my opinion of AT&T as a whole. I hope that steps are taken to improve the quality of customer service provided by this location and prevent any similar incidents from occurring in the future.

I went to get a new phone after breaking my old phone. The employee locked the door 30 mins before closing and said that he was trying to close up. After I asked multiple times to let me in and that I need to get a phone, the employee was super rude to me and my son. He refused to give me his name and acted put out that I was there to shop for a new phone. I was so shocked by the experience that I left without getting a new phone. I will not be shopping at this Att store and because of this issue and past customer service fails from Att I am considering switching to a different carrier.

Literally don’t bother to call the store as you will be redirected to a voicemail box that is full. In store they aren’t that much friendlier.
