I have been without internet connectivity for 3 days now. I had to wait a week after I moved into my home to get internet service.
When the tech arrived, I was told that he couldn't compete the job and that they were going on strike. Another tech came out to complete the job and it was working fine.
My internet connection stopped working on Tuesday and now I am being told that I have to wait another week!
I work from home, I have a security system, I have had to use Hotspot on my phone, also through AT&T. My connection is sluggish via Hotspot, I can't utilize my alarm, I NEED THIS ISSUE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY.

This is one of the main headquarters for AT&T and this building is suspended over a lake and can walk on the the roof from the ground. The roof is covered in grass, the only thing that shows is the skylights and ac exhaust vents.

I have had at&t wireless for almost 2 years. And direct tv even longer. I paid $439 on the 4th of September to restore my cable and wireless internet I have called every day since the up until today. I have heard everything from I owe 20 more dollars to there is no room On tower. Canceled since April but we have been using internet. I am so unhappy with this. I am now searching for lawsuit to get my money back from all those months you have taken my money. I would like to speak to someone in corporate asap or ..

ATT is the kind of company you use for short amount of time for good deal and then you get rid of them. Because the longer you have them the worse and more knowing they become. Like still charging you a late fee for a payment arrangement, or not correcting your billing address even though you've asked multiple times.
