I am an AT&T retiree, and no longer a fan of the company, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Today I had a very good experience with Steve who worked with on this visit. I still get a retiree discount so I have kept my cell service with AT&T. A few days back went in to replace my iPhone 7 which had seen better day. I chose the iPhone 14 Pro instead of the iPhone 15 because the improved feature on the newer model didn’t seem to be worth the extra money. Besides, AT&T had a sizable discount on the 14 model. Today I went in to set up my new phone and to have my data transferred from my old phone to the new one. Steve was very nice and knowable and had some excellent suggestion during the long session it took to transfer the data. A very good exe

I have had at&t for over forty years , The other night I dropped my phone and busted my screen. I had to have a phone quick. I arrived at the trustville store at eight p m and caronnia Stayed late to help me and make sure that I was fixed before I left. This type of devotion customer is what I pride myself in and what I am glad to see with this company. I highly recommend her and this location for all your telephone and communication Needs. Had to go to the AT&T Store in Trussville at 1616 Gadsden Highway. Rob was the person who assisted me with Activating an E-SIM for a second line (home phone) after I had initially received a physical SIM in the mail by mistake. Turns out my phone only had the ability for one physical SIM as I found out later is the case for most phone produced for the US market. Rob had to go through a few phone calls to get it done as it would not let us activate it via the website. He was able get the job done and he was friendly and professional during the process as were the other representatives that greeted me while in the store.

I had an issue where an authorized retailer and the 1-800 number told me I needed to go into a corporate store to resolve the issue. This corporate store took 1 week to tell me there was nothing they were willing to do to resolve my issue and when I said “what else can I do at this point? It seems like the only resolution left is to file a lawsuit,” they said they were no longer allowed to speak to me, kicked me out of the store (threatening to trespass me even though I was nothing but polite and cordial), and refused to even print off a receipt for me. All of this even though I’ve been a loyal AT&T customer for 20 years and my family has been with AT&T/Bellsouth before I was even born. AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE they’re only concerned about their bottom end and not taking any “loss.”

I was helped as soon as I walked through the door. And it was my first time coming to the store by myself and all the information was broken down so it was easy for me to understand. He was friendly and professional. It was a wonderful and stress free experience.

If I could give a zero I would. Ever since I walked out of that store my phone bill has been inflated. They supposedly were saving me money and ended up costing thousands. I’ve spent several hours on the phone with AT&T customer service to rectify what they did wrong. I had several questions before I left the store and they told several lies. Beware DO Not trust this store!!

Great location and awesome service from the team. I didn't have to wait too long to be served next so in the meantime, I browsed through the phones. I set off a few alarms by accident but the team was nice about it, even though I was embarrassed. They are awesome!

Went today because I had an account opened up in my name that I did not authorize, and the sales lady Quay which I hope I spelled that correctly... helped me get this straightened out. So hopefully no issues in the future ? ?. Credit freeze for prevention!!
