I recently visited the AT&T store and had an experience that completely flipped my expectations—thanks entirely to Kameron. From the moment I walked in, Kameron greeted me like an old friend who genuinely cared about my concerns. No robotic scripts or endless hold music here—just real human interaction that made my day.
Kameron was on top of every detail, patiently answering my questions and explaining everything in terms I could actually understand (something I didn't expect when I walked into a tech store). His professionalism and humor turned what could have been a routine visit into an enjoyable experience. I mean, it's rare to meet someone who can make you forget the usual headache of tech support frustrations, so kudos to Kameron for setting a new standard.
If customer service were an Olympic sport, Kameron would take home the gold—effortlessly mixing expertise with genuine care. Thank you, Kameron, for reminding me that good service still exists. You've earned every one of these five stars, and I’ll be singing AT&T's praises (and recommending the store) for a long time to come!

We had the worst experience ever switching from Verizon to AT&T. I wish we would have just stayed with Verizon. Cameron the store manager was completely untruthful about what our monthly bill would be. He told us 125, and our monthly bill was actually $216. We also got an unexpected bill for $312 less than 2 weeks after establishing service. I called AT&T corporate who said they would report his actions, but couldn't help much otherwise. He added premium data as well as insurance on our phones, which we declined when he asked. We removed the insurance and extra charges and the bill will still be > $160 per month for TWO phones, which is ridiculous. If it wasn't so much work I would return the phones and switch back to Verizon.

Carmen did an awesome job with handling my purchase. I love my iPhone 16 pro max and along with my Se watch! Great attitude and was extremely patient. ( idk if I spelled his name right) but GREAT GUY !
