I tried to get my mobile hotspot warrantied because it has been not working properly. Customer service told me to go to the location and they would warranty one for me. I went there and they told me they never warranty devices, and that I’ll have to call customer service. I went to another location and they told me the Trussville location will warranty my device. When I went there no help at all the lady didn’t even no the number to warranty my device. The number she gave me is not even a working number terrible customer service. I recommend not doing business here

Worse service I ever received at any one place. My husband and I got there at 10:00am Saturday morning to get directv, there were 2 others before us. We waited patiently while JAY took care of them. About 45 minutes later he finally got us taken care of. But we asked him to show us how to plug in the device to our tv. We waited while he tried to take care of every one else that walked in the door. I finally got up and went to Walmart next door to do some shopping. An hour later my husband was still sitting and waiting for JAY to show him how to plug the device into our tv. He was hiding in the back room. I finally picked up the device and walked out the door. The tech came out on Monday to install directv, which took Him 6 hours to do. Once installed he turned on the tv but couldn’t get it to connect to the Wi-Fi. So at 6:00 he left was coming back Tuesday to work on it. Called me so he could come back out. I had doctors appointments and wasn’t home. He asked what was the next day he could come out and I told him Wednesday. I sat here all day long waiting. he never called and never came out. I Called him and asked when he was coming out to finish sitting up my tv, he told me he didn’t do that he was with AT&T, not directv. So we are still sitting here paying for directv and not able to watch it!!

We went to this location to lower our Bill Alex was very professional and knowledgeable he lowered our monthly bill by 60$ a month and the wife and I walked out of there with 2 brand new watches. I been in sales for 20 years and Alex was awesome ? he is definitely going places! I sure hope that AT&T takes care of him.

We left one AT&T location due to non-existent Customer Service. Morgan & Mr. Jay at AT&T Trussville Crossings location were beyond AWESOME!! Patient, professional, took the time to pair my husband's hearing aids to his new phone ?. They were wonderful to us! This is our new AT&T destination ♥️.

Was sent there by customer service who made an appointment to upgrade my phone saying they had it in stock. When I went there to get it at my appointment they did not have one. I also had to wait a long time just to be told that they don’t even have it.
