If you ever have to get a storage, please go see Rachel! She is one of the best people to work with, she truly cares about her job and the people that she works with! I have never had great service like this at any storage facility that I’ve received here. Rachel is very informative and professional! SHE’S THE BEST!!! No scratch that, SHE’S THE GOAT!!!

I was pleased with my time I needed to utilize the small unit! My items were stored securely. I had easy access to the facility and the staff was there when I had questions or concerns about my billing. Thank you for housing my items safely. Attic Plus Storage on Carson Road.

I needed a place to store some stuff for a short term, looked and found this place and couldn’t be any happier. My unit was always cleaned whenever I went to it and the staff and manager Rachel was always pleasant when talking with them. My questions/concerns was always answered in a timely manner. Thanks again Rachel, your place is number 1 to me because the service was always excellent!

Love love this place! This location is very clean. I love the climate control units. The prices are reasonable and never any hassles. I have looked at other locations and non can compare to the Carson Road location. The new manager is very kind and professional. Her assistant is a sweetheart also. If life gets busy and there's ever an issue with payment, the manager will give you a courtesy call reminder, to ensure your items kept. I feel that my items are safe at this location and definitely recommend this location for your storage needs. Thanks for all you do!

I had a unique problem, Rachel listened and reached out to the home office. I spoke with Marissa and she was able to resolve it and offer an alternative solution to prevent future issues.
