Had a person try to sell me a car through this dealer ship. He said he had been driving it for about 6 months. I had been led to believe he was the was the owner. After examining the title I discovered that the car had been totaled in an accident in March 2022 and had a rebuilt title in the dealerships name. Alabama Law Section 32-8-87 (p), Code of Alabama 1975, states - you may sell a salvage or rebuilt vehicle as long as you provide a disclosure to the buyer in no smaller than 10-point type that, “This vehicle’s title contains the designation salvage or rebuilt.” No disclosure of any kind was offered to me. I spoke with the owner of the dealership and he was argumentative and apparently ignorant of this law. Buyer Beware.

MY COUSIN BROUGHT A CAR FROM HERE AND IT HAD TO GO TO THE SHOP THE VERY NEXT DAY! SHE DROVE IT A COUPLE OF DAY AND BACK AT THE SHOP.. SHE HAS ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS AND OWNER WOULD NOT FIX THE CURRENT PROBLEMS.. HE BASICALLY SOLD A SINGLE MOM AND GRANDMOTHER A LEMON..DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE !! YOU WOULD BE WASTING YOUR MONEY.. I WISH I COULD GIVE Y'ALL ZERO 0
