I had a vehicle that just needed an alignment done. I asked them if they would look at something else for me and explained what the issue was. They said no problem we'll look at it just come on down. They immediately took my car back to give me the impression it was priority. Meanwhile my car sat on the alignment rack for 2 hours. I was having an issue driving the vehicle over 35 miles per hour without a noise. That was the second issue I asked them to look at and thoroughly explained. Upon receiving the car, they said the alignment was complete and to have a good day. I asked him if he drove it over 35mph and he said he did. He obviously did NOT drive it because the vehicle clunks over 35 mph just like it did before. Never was a diagnostic fee mentioned to me, nor any suggestions about that particular issue. Don't worry, I took care of it myself. I guess you have to do everything yourself now. I won't be returning.

Was told they could get my truck done if I brought it in for new tires at 3pm, then we agree on 2 instead, then they tell me they can't do it at all even if I came in by 12:30-1 and wait on the alignment. Tires were there by noon. Went across the street for better service and prices. John has always been great and actually tried to work me in, can't say much for the other people working here.

Brought my 2022 Tesla Model S Plaid in due to a slow leak in the tire. These guys were highly recommended and I can see why. They were extremely professional, quick and very reasonably priced. I was extremely impressed and will definitely bring my car back.

Our van started making noises in the middle of our road trip. Auto whiz was next to our hotel. And they got us right in and fixed our van same day. They called let us know our issue and if we wanted to continue, they were up front on cost. I appreciate their service, and if they were local to me, I'd continue using them.

I went in for a quote on spark plugs for a Toyota Highlander and was told by service manager that I was doing a lot of work trying to find best quote. I asked him how was that when I had simply text a friend to get his price $500 including labor. I also had dealer give quote when I took car in for a recall
I continued to ask him why would he say I was doing a lot of work when they have done oil changes and tire repairs.
He just snugged and said he would not be less than my friend quote. I walked out and needless to say that neither me nor anyone I know will be visiting his shop again in life
I drive Uber for a living how can you criticize me for getting a two minute quote.

I never leave reviews but these guys are the best! Everyone I talked to was super nice. Excellent communication (they called when they started on my car and as soon as they finished). They are upfront and honest. They fixed my car in no time at a wayyyy better price than everywhere else I called! I’ll definitely be coming back!

My wife and I were passing through the area on a long road trip when we had car trouble. It was late on a Friday afternoon when we pulled into Auto Wiz looking for help. Not only did Rick make time for us (despite having all bays full), he diagnosed the problem, explained the problem in detail and told us our options, then fixed it and got us back on the road. The cost of the service was very fair (lower than I expected). Thank you Auto Wiz! Without your help we would have been stranded for at least overnight and perhaps longer!

My company uses this location often, as much as we can! Such nice guys. Every time I call in, they are super helpful. They get our cars fixed and back on the road very fast, and the work and price are great. Absolutely recommend them as often as I’m able to.
