My Mazda CX-9 was running rough after I left a doctor's appointment in Birmingham. The young man who tested my car was very courteous. His computer said the O2 sensor was bad. He assured me that I could make it back to my hometown to have it repaired. Turned out to be a minor vacuum seal leak that was an easy fix. My mechanic said that diagnostic tool would read O2 sensor even though they are not malfunctioning. Thank you to the young man who helped me! It is greatly appreciated! Wish I had gotten his name!

Great Customer Service Highly Recommend, locked my keys in my car while they were helping me and they allowed me to use one of their tools to get into my car. Blessed

Attendant was very helpful and not a know it all. Refreshing to have advice and treated like you are a dummy. Also the Attendant did not try to sale me something I did not need.

Clean store and knowledgeable staff. I went in thinking my battery was the issue. The attendant suggested that I test the alternator and that's exactly what was wrong. Went inside to purchase the part and they had several mechanics for my repair that were very reasonable in cost of the repair.

When I tell you I was a damsile in distress today lol! My brake light went out on my 2012 Chevy Traverse this morning on my way to work. When I googled how to replace the light I didn't have any of the tools. I stopped in to a local AutoZone located at 724 3rd Ave SW Birmingham Alabama. Two amazing women, Ms. Terrylynn and Tan helped me when I didn't have anyone to call. When I tell you superb, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
