I was absolutely blown away with my experience at the AutoZone in ensley. Had an issue with warning signs saying my power steering fluid was faulty . Couldn't hardly turn the wheel so the closest place I went was AutoZone. As a female I had no idea what to buy and where to put it. So I went in and asked the guy behind the counter for help. He literally told me he wasn't able to assist me because he was about to clock out and go home. I still am shocked. The manager came out and I asked her for help and she did absolutely everything she could to assist. I understand people wanna go home when off work but I was there 30 or more minutes before I left and he was still there along with talking to other customers about their issue. AutoZone we gotta do better. All I needed was for a worker to help me out because I had no clue what to do at that moment. So Thank you to Janet vines and her truly trying to help she was googling she was trying when all we needed was a second pair of eyes and Charles wasn't and didn't help a customer in need and that's NOT OK.
