This has to be the worst autozone I’ve ever spoken to, I’ve called 2 days concerning an issue and everytime they leave me on hold for 10-20 minutes and I just hang up, nobody knows what there talking about and they just seem confused. When you call they come off so rude like where is customer service?

Good experience overall, The staff was great. The only complaint I have is the part was expensive compared to getting it through other avenues.

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff and environment. Clarence was very friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and he helped me install my wipers. If you need some help with your vehicle, please go see Clarence at this location and you will not be disappointed. He is a great asset to this store. 👑

The new location is awesome! It is near Burger King on the parkway. The new store Temeka is very nice and knowledgeable about cars. She’s very prompt and has outstanding customer service!!

Today I came in because my battery light came on so I went into this location and was really not having a goodday. As i encountered Mr. Clarence ans he asked how could he help. I advised what was going, i asvised. He then asked what kind of car I had and then asked what was the model I couldn't tell him so he went out took a picture of my tag , came back and started givev8ng me prices because I was already feeling sad. I advised i couldnt afford it so I just left. Later on I came back and he and asked for for him. Advised what was going on. he said don't worry about it let's get you taken care of . Paid for the battery an we went out .. to put it in. We found out the battery was in the trunk. . Everyone who knows me know I keep a junky trunk. He said no problem he went got something for me to.put my stuff in helped cleaned it out climbed in the trunk took the old battery out and put the new one in. After he finished he help me put the stuff back in and made my day. He is An awesome employee and I am grateful to have met him
