When I had a resolvable debit card issue due to Avadian's fraud protection services, the counter/teller employee was outstanding in her ability, and willingness to be of assistance. My card was temporarily blocked to protect my account from possible fraud. She set in motion, successfully, the unblocking of my card so that normal utilization could resume. I have been an Avadian member for 6 years. I certainly will recommend this financial institution to others should the opportunity arise. Avadian protected my account from, what could have been, fraudulent activity, and then restored my card when the particular occurrence was explained, evaluated. 5 stars. I regret I failed to obtain the particular employees name who is a definite asset to this financial institution.Sidney Love

I would rate their Customer Service a zero if I could. They are the absolute worse to work with. Their policies and practices are unfair and they do NOT care about their customers.

Poor phone Customer service. Do not communicate amongst each other to get job done. Ended up having to do it myself, big inconvenience. Don’t try to wire money through them, just get cashier check

I went to this Avadian location to get a cashiers check for my mortgage using a different banking debit card. It got declined multiple times. The manager or assistant manager his name is Ben was very helpful. He helped me call my bank and figured another way around this. Words can not describe how thankful I am for his kind gestures. He went out of his way to help me find a way to get my money out of my bank account and into a cashiers check. This location is hands down a great location. I went to trussville location before I went to this one, and trussville was no help.

Been a member for over 25 yrs. I have another bank that offers much more than Avadian, but banking here is simple. In over 25 yrs of banking here the customer service is still lacking.

My business account has been locked for quite a while, my loan has been up to date and not late, so that can not be the reason the account is locked from having credit union service centers ability. I called a few times and spoke to members services who could not tell me why the account was frozen, they just informed me that I "Must" speak to a lady named Monica Peterson, they had emailed her in high priority to call me a few times and I did receive a call from the credit union that was missed but there was No voicemail as to who to call back which I felt was very unprofessional. This has hindered me from performing service centers withdraws, I should not have to beg my credit union to have someone return my calls and assist with my account.. it has been two days and still this matter is not resolved, and I am not a happy customer, I need this lift removed from my account and someone to contact me asap.If they would ever return my call.I can truly say that this kind of member service to you customers is so up setting. I also emailed their Ceo Linda Cencula so I want to see if she responds back

This branch is making their customers stand outside in the weather before being seen. This is nothing more than uninformed and unintelligent security theater. Employees are not wearing n95 masks, doors are not being sanitized, pens and clip boards are not being sanitized between uses. If you’re going to take such a strong stance, cover all of the bases. Not just the ones that leave your customer base waiting outside in the rain. I hope your business practices make more sense than your approach to this situation.

I'm sure avadian may be a very fine company. But those TV commercials are simply horrible. They use actors to portary actual customers and they are dreadfully fake. Those are the only commercials on television where we mute the sound or change the channel.

Applied and was approved for a car loan but now no one at any Avadian branch will answer the phone so I can complete the process. I left multiple messages with different departments at different branches and no returned my call, very unprofessional. Seriously considering pulling all my business from Avadian, this is ridiculous !

This is a shady banking institution. I make a payment and it clears, Avadian shows pending 2 days later. Schedule a payment on the same day money is to be deposited, they hit you with an insufficient fund. I have a low balance and normally my check goes from pending to deposit in my account at 3:30am, it is 5:15am and still no deposit. This company does its very best to set you up for insufficient funds for them to collect. When you talk to customer no service, they tell you theirs nothing they can do about it and blame it on their system.

Bad customer service in general for avadian. I came in here to close my account and the branch is awful. Security guard is rude. Manager was chatting with the security guard while the teller was struggling with the system and asking for help.
