Not going back to this location. First time to this location. I had two checks totaling 200.00. All I needed to do was deposit. It was early in the afternoon. No drive through was open. Okay, I will go in. My two checks were deposit only. I had the account number listed in the checks. The teller was not friendly. She insisted I fill out a deposit slip. Ok, will do. I handed her the two checks and filled out slip. She said she needed ID. Ok, handed her my license. She then asked me for my account number. I don’t have it memorized. I said hang on and I will look it up. She questioned why I did not know it if I had just written it down. I apologized and said I don’t have a very good memory. I looked in purse and gave it to her even though she had my ID, deposit slip and the account number was on both checks. She then stated that my birthdate was not listed in their computer system. Ok, I am not sure what I could do with that. I have been a member for 27 years and to my knowledge you guys have not allowed me access to your internal computer account system. I simply shrugged at her internally wondering why she did not just enter my birthday and correct it now. I was the only customer in the place. I have never experienced so much drama over a 200 deposit only. I will stick to other locations from now on.

Avadian has a flaw with their system, but the Branch Manager, Carlisa Cole, patiently listened to what was causing me problems and did all she could to resolve the issue and is continuing to help resolve the system problem. I was very impressed with her customer focus. The 4 star is because of the system problem, but Carlia is a FIVE for expert service! Member for 44 years

I was so happy with the service I received here I was happy dancing in the drive thu lane! When I first arrived I was skeptical because I just left Wells Fargo and received nice customer service it was slightly(ever so slightly) above average; every experience I had here was not. I have no idea who was at the window, but she definitely deserves a raise and I truly believe that with the level of service I received you Avadian would NEVER lose a customer! The woman at the window was polite, courteous, and above all for a broke college student I felt rich.

Excellent service at the branch on Old Highway 280. Bria Bellamy was very helpful with opening additional accounts for my business. She was so friendly, personable, & professional.

The slowest drive thru in town and rude teller. Used to have decent tellers but they don’t even say hello, just “give me your id” while looking at the computer screen angrily. 0/10 don’t recommend.

TWICE I have been to this branch looking for the notary and TWICE she has been unavialable! Dealing with this branch in ANY WAY is always a hassle.

As ALWAYS excellent and quick service!!!!!Greeted at the front door by a very friendly and helpful staff. This isn’t my normal branch, I needed to get a certified check on a Saturday and the HWY 280 branch was open 9am - Noon. I only had a few minutes to do my banking as I was on my way out of town. The staff opened the doors right at 9am and they were ready for business, I was in and out in under five minutes. I am grateful to be a member of such a great credit union that is consistently top notch service at all times of the banking day and all locations!!

Are you looking for a worse bank than Wells Fargo? Well, look no further! I’ve never been told I can’t be helped cashing a basic check, nor does there online banking never work. I am also told to take off my hat or I can not be helped when I’m having clumps of my hair fall out! If you call the customer service number they transfer you for over an hour then hang up. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Do not get a loan with these guys from a car dealership. They make it very hard to pay loans from an outside account when starting out which makes it very easy to go past due thus raking in late fees.

I went to the Greystone Branch. I had a check in my husband's name that I wanted to cash. The teller told me she couldn't cash it since it had my husband's name on the check which he had signed and then I signed. I am on the account. She said she could only deposit it. She didn't not try to help me out. I could have signed a deposit slip and gotten cash back or I could have cashed a check. Teller #1485 did not suggest either of these options to me. I thought of them after I left. She needs to be more personable. She works in a customer service job. Get it together

We have had nothing but bad experiences since we opened this account. It is not wise to open an account here. They will fee you to death and blame every other institution for not processing fast enough. We will be closing our account this week.
