Only 3 people are working inside. No one to work the drive through. They didn't seem to care to be there. No smiles. Not trying to go the extra mile to help move the line along. I was there last week and had to use the ATM virtual assistant my mom has cancer needed assistance to withdraw her work Christmas club the virtual person said she would try to get someone to come outside to help but after 10 minutes no one came out. Definitely DO NOT bank here!

WARNING!Quite possibly the worst experience I have had with a bank to date. Very difficult to get anyone to actually call you back. Some of the employees are incompetent or unwilling to properly handle issues that arise. Only one employee actually took the time to explain and look into my issue to help get it resolved. I could go on! Be warned, your taking a 50/50 shot here.

Alex is very professional employee. I meet him for the first time today and I had plenty of issues. And he resolved every one of the issues with great patience. And he has attitude. And we need plenty more evidence employees like Alex.

Feel like a millionaire when doing business here although I have very limited deposits. Tellers, Angel, who has been there since I started coming here years ago, Erica and Tambra, who especially greets me at first sight, know my name like I am somebody special. Angel has taken the time to help me with some financial concerns by directing me to the right person to assist me although I didn't qualify for the situation I wanted to rectify.

You can never get ahold of anyone, the phone system will you give you the run around for 40 minutes and then hangup. I’ve been trying all day to speak to someone.

So far I haven't had a bad experience. I just wish they offered 2 day faster direct deposit pay like my business account. It really comes in handy.

These people are so friendly and helpful and it makes doing business with them so much easier. I didn't have my account number and they didn't even ask me the cashier just looked it up and smiled the whole time and made my transaction so easy. I appreciate these folks so much. They are always so nice and helpful I really appreciate them so much.

This was actually a quick stop as I was needing an ATM and I wasn't anywhere near my main branch, as I was driving by I saw that they had a location and turned around to come back. It's looking like all of the Avadian Credit Unions have gone through ATM upgrades (or may be in the process). The new ATM machines are really nice. You can do full service banking from the ATM. If you have issues, you can actually talk to a live teller in branch. These upgraded machines were installed during the peak of COVID and I think were a good call so that they could continue to provide a higher level of service to their customers while we were unable to have access on the inside of the branch. All in all this location isn't bad. Quick access to the ATM. In and out and on my way ..... really all you can ask for in an ATM experience.

Originally I had not left good reviews about this bank, but they have gone above and beyond to correct all issues. We have decided to remain at this bank because we have been here for a very long time and they have remedied everything. Thank you Avadian for coming through for us!
