In haven’t had personal experience with any of these locations. I know they are moving as it told me on the phone recording when I called after hours. I do know that it is sometimes hard to know what type of part (size, type, etc) your car will need and from what my few friends + coworkers have said; is that if you tell them to put on one part and it ends up being wrong part or what not, it kinda is what it is.! I could be wrong! We just needed an oil change and saw they do them and I was calling for a price check. Haven’t called back tho! Someone correct me if wrong!

Rude. Talked all over me as I was trying to explain what I needed to replace. I did follow up calls on my vehicle; "surprisingly" the person on the phone didn't know what was being replaced?.I was quoted one price and winded up having to pay nearly $100 more because I "added on" a service.I attempted to mention EVERYTHING I needed before so I could have the correct pricing.Secondly, I kept calling to see if my vehicle was finished. No answer! If I hadn't came and walked in I would have never knew.??♀️??♀️Luckily, what I asked for is fixedService: Brakes

They are kind and informative. They don't try to screw their customers over. If they can't do something, they're honest about it. They do great work and I'll be bringing all of my business to them from now on.

Save yourself the time & money. Very friendly on the phone, scriptures on the wall but that means absolutely nothing. Took my car in for a catalytic converter & sensor replacement. The car was not making any noises just had the check engine light on. Called back to say exhaust manifold was cracked. I agreed to replace.Picked up car making a very loud rattling/shaking sound. Called back the next day took it back up there. Woman called back to say technician doesn’t see anything wrong. I explained the car was not making any noises before I dropped it off for the replacement. She said she would test drive herself. Called back to say car needs timing belt. I said that might be true but what about the new rattling sound. On arrival to pick up the car tech said the rattling had stopped. Two or three days later engine light comes back on. I call back up there I take the car back up there. Tech says sometimes system reboots and resets and gives the same codes as before. Light went off for a few days and has been on ever since. So I recommend taking your car somewhere else.

But u acknowledged everything else wrong and when I was speaking with him he NEVER let me finish my sentence had my car all day never called to say that they gave u the wrong part to exchange it instead let my car sit all day without being fixed or no call!!! the lady that’s there in the afternoons has a real bad attitude overall I will no longer support this establishment VERY POOR SERVICE!!!Service: Brakes

This place is ran by true and honest mechanics. To bring the part you need and the car you need it put on, and they fixed it for a minimum charge.

Took my Yukon in for struts and shocks. Everything was working proper, no dash lights, no rattles, a near perfect car. They called to tell me it’s ready but when I arrived the Stabilitrac and ABS warning lights were on. They told me the warnings were on when I dropped the car off. I had to convince them there were no warning lights on and that something had to have been disconnected during the strut install. They told me to come back a few hours later. I called 2 hours after leaving it and they still had not figured out the issue. I did a quick google search while on the phone with them and figured out the speed sensor had to have been disconnected (which doesn’t need to be done to replace the struts). Sure enough, that was the problem. We picked up the Yukon and all seemed well until 3 days later. There was a bad rattle in the rear of the car that was not there before. I checked the rear shocks and discovered that both sets of upper bolts were only finger tightened. There is no way they were ever torqued properly, so I had to break out the tools and fix what should have been done right the first time. They were extremely nice and wanted to make it right at all times shen I talked with management but it seems that their shop skills are lacking. Something as simple as struts and shocks shouldn’t be this hard to get right.Service: Steering/Suspension
