I put in an order for a newly released Disney piece of merchandise. When I went in to pick my order up, the employee told me that it was sold to an earlier customer. I will not be using this location again. There are other stores at The Summit I can get similar merchandise at: Belk Salon & Spa, Lululemon, Saks, Woodhouse, Ulta.

Great atmosphere and customer service, but it is very expensive for the amount you get.

I was greeted when I came in by a nice young lady; however the lady at the check out counter with piercings was pretty rude. I asked for a separate bag as some of the items were gifts and she acted like it was an issue: huffing and puffing and then proceeded to give me a torn bag with a hole in it. I had to ask for another one and she snatched it out of the pile and handed it to me. If I go back to this location I’ll avoid her.

The women at the check out counter were very rude and only cared about cutting up with each other. The young girl who checked me out ignored me for a minute while she joked around with an older lady. When she finally acknowledged me, she said, “Put in your number.” in a very bothered tone. That was the ONLY thing she said to me the entire transaction. I said thank you and she didn’t say a word. Very unprofessional. The only person who was very polite, welcoming, and friendly was Carolyn. She greeted me at the door when I walked in and told me goodbye and have a nice day when I was leaving. I stopped to ask her for her name and she was so kind. Carolyn is a very sweet woman who deserves to work with nicer coworkers.

I love this place! Their customer service is top-notch, and they always have amazing deals. The store is so well-organized, it's easy to find what you need. Plus, the products themselves are fantastic. Definitely check them out if you get a chance. I love Bath and Body Works!!!

Today is December 1, 2024 and B&BW was extremely hectic at 1:56 when I walked in. The staff were working as hard as they could to keep up. I want to share my experience involving one young lady named Sophe. She cheerfully greeted me and provided help. I was in a hurry to get to work, so time was of the essence for me. I explained that I had an online pick up order and she immediately provided excellent service. In fact, I made it to work 5 minutes before my shift started. Thank you Sophe.

Very rude saleswoman. I bought online and was told to find a salesperson and they would get my online order. Upon entering the store I asked one of the three ladies walking around to help me and she rudely pointed to the 30 people deep line and told me to wait in line.
The whole purpose of purchasing online is to not have to wait in a really long line. They should have a place on the counter for online pickups, and the salespeople should not be so rude to paying customers.
I don’t want to step foot into this location again until they hire helpful and respectful people.
If you want to keep good customer service, have a designated pick up place for online orders.

I love coming to this location! I came in one day and couldn’t find a specific scent the coconut sandalwood and a gentleman with short blonde hair tried to help me & even went to the back to look he was SO nice & has amazing customer service skills.

I absolutely love this store online or in store! I am obsessed with sugar snickerdoodle wallflowers and candles and every time I go I get something. *Collector here lol* I tell everyone about B & B Works, I have even bought my clients (I have a cleaning business) wallflowers and candles to introduce them to the best smelling scents and the employees are awesome! I have so much lotion, soap, body spray, wallflowers and candles! But can always use more!

Bath & Body Works at the Summit in Birmingham Al store manager is very rude & impolite, Nancy was her name, I went in to purchase some wallflowers refills & forgot my coupon, a nice customer in the store gave me her 20% off coupon & Nancy listen & watched me the hold time so she came to ring me up & told me she could not except the coupon & I asked for it back she said she tore it up & threw it away & refused to give it back To me, they just lost a good customer, I refuse to shop anymore someone is very rude & have no customer service & act as though they don't want me there.
