Nasty Attitudes every time I visit! This is my least favorite location because the workers are not as friendly! It seems as if they are always tired and you are getting on their nerves. For example, I gave my phone number to “Cindy” at the start of the transaction only to be told that it did not pull. up in the system. I am thinking currently I have four rewards for free gifts so you mean to tell me my number is not in the system. I finished the transaction with Cindy and purposely completed my next transaction with another cashier. As soon as I gave her my number, it came up in the system. However, I was met with opposition from Cindy because she was keying the phone number incorrectly. It’s the holiday season why should you deal with folks attitudes? If you are tired, take a break and rejuvenate or go home. We ALL could do without you being a grinch Cindy!
Side Note: I don’t like giving people my cell phone and she did not like that either.

I loved this Bath & Body Works! The workers were very sweet to me if I had any questions and helped me find the items I needed! The store was clean and well organized as well!

Came here to redeem my free gift. There were 2 female associates standing at the door. I told them what I was there for and they asked how much was the coupon for and I told them. They pointed to which section I could get my free gift from and continued their personal conversation. I looked around for a few minutes and then proceeded to the cash register. I waited for over 5 minutes because they were so engulfed in their conversation. I had to walk to the front of the store to let them know I was ready. By the time I went back to the register there was another customer already there so again I had to wait. I love the store but the customer service needs work.
