I’ve had such a horrible banking experience since they lost Diana. Brian, the bank manager, will never call you back. Months of “he will call you back” or I call and get a hold of him and he’ll “check back in a couple weeks”. It’s been 3+ months, Brian. 2 dings on my credit because the staff stated she didn’t know what she was doing because she’s a new hire….. and it was her first time doing this. Unacceptable when you’re dealing with my financials and my credit. Such a horrible bank manager with poor communication skills. This location has drastically gone downhill.

Great experience everytime I go in. The branch manager is so nice and accommodating.

Diana Feller was terrific! She listened carefully, made suggestions and took her time and got us exactly what we needed. My wife and I were very pleased.
