I wish I didn’t have to give this a rating, this branch needs to be shut down. This town just sucks and this bank isn’t any better, they’re rude to my elderly grandmother, and lazy. Terrible service!!

Well I'm sitting in the teller line now for over 20 minutes with 4 in front of me and 4 lanes not open only one while they refuse to answer the phone or make transactions in a timely manner and their ATM is out of order 90% of the time, call me crazy for not changing yet as the previous branch up the street they closed down was just as bad, obviously the worst bank in banking history. Update 20 minutes later and I'm still in the same line. After waiting patiently for over 45 minutes I'm told I have to add an address and fill out my own deposit slip because obviously PNC tellers are too lazy to help you these days so I will be closing my account and moving it to another bank, they also lost my business account for being this lazy and slow at their previous branch.

I had the worst experience with bank personnel at 9208 Parkway East. He had a sarcastic attitude and demeanor ,which had caused me to second guess my future dealings with PNC..

Do not bank with this bank!! You’re better off getting one of those little green dot cards at Walmart, and no doubt in my body they have better customer service! Do not care about their customers!! Can not wait to close my account with this awful bank!

I came to that branch asking about the manager to talk to her about my account. I been told she is not there till next week.I tried to go and use their rest room, a security man was sitting beside the main door hd told me in a rude way that I can't use it. When I asked why he told me because he said so. When I asked one more time his reply was because it's his!!! I don't think he owns the bank to say so.I was so much mad of the way he is talking to me and the rudeness in his behavior.I told him really I don't know how did they hire him, he almost pull the gun on me.I will go back and spaek to the manger about his misconduct.

I have ordered a bank card three times, and still havent recieved one. It's been over a month, I have had to run around to the banks to pay my Bill's, this is ridiculous. And also there is false advertisements about the banking hours,. I drove to three banks on Saturday, because they say they are open in drive through, and they wasntI will be changing banks, very soon.

I purchased a car and financed through BBVA. The dealership (unbeknownst to me) input my SSN incorrectly. This caused a lot of problems with my loan, and this branch fixed it in no time, and were extremely friendly. 10/10 customer service.

You cannot get a live person in the branch to answer the phone. Everytime there is an issue you can almost never get a live person to talk to about your issue. Also there is always a problem with the online banking at least several times a month . Which is an inconvenience when most bill payments are done online now but when there system is down and they can't help you what is the point of customer service? I am trying to hang in there as a customer but its getting harder and harder to do so. Please correct these issues ASAP

You ever wonder why so many companies merge..change their name or just go out of business. Look no further, the people at this bank answer that question...beyond bad customer service. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor by gracing you with their presence at this bank. Just like most of Americas workforce...thinking money drops out of the sky or comes from the government to pay them. Without the hardworking taxpayers in this country you dont have a job folks.

Just drove 30 minutes to this branch on a Saturday because it said they were open until 12 online just to arrive with no one present. Poor management on the banks behalf, don’t they know in 2020 everything is online and it needs to have current information on there so nobody wastes an hour of their life, and their gas coming here
