I recently visited this branch to cash a check, only to be told they couldn't process it because their vault couldn't be opened. While I understand that technical issues can happen, this is incredibly frustrating since they don't have another branch in Homewood. How does a financial institution not have access to its own vault during business hours?

I went in to get a new debit card and apply for a credit card. They were very timely and nice, even close to closing time. Overall I had a good experience visiting this branch.

I never post anything ever, so be aware. Its Absolutely terrible. Had $400 in bank account for years just sitting there. PNC takes over from BBVA and now I am being charged all kinds of new fees. I now have $234. Closing account

Visited this PNC to get a replacement debit card after mine was stolen, and one of the bankers, Pu’Quita, was very friendly and compassionate. I would definitely return! Great parking lot in the back of the bank as well.

Absolutely awful. PNC is a terrible bank. Missing statements or missing check pages. Mandatory online waiting queue that asks 5 questions just to get inline. With BBVA utility payments were made electronically, with PNC they're issued via check leading to late or missing payments. Online customer service is limited with that they can do so they send you to the branch, and then when at the branch they need to call the online customer service team. Avoid this bank, and avoid this location. Use the Cahaba Heights location if absolutely have to bank with PNC. If you can move your accounts to another bank, I highly recommend it.

Fraudulent account opened in my name at this bank and I did everything on my end to resolve the matter, including submitting a Identity theft affidavit. The company did not investigate the matter at all. The company has continued to attempt to violate the law and collect debt not owed by me. It is my belief that this company does not care about the integrity of their bank if they have the ability to receive money. The company went as far as falsely reporting information to CFPB when I filed a complaint. Specifically, Amy Olvey, an employee in the investigations department. I have not ever held an account with this bank and will be certain to advise those that I know to not ever do so either.

Have banked with this bank for auto loan since 10/2019 paying loan before due date every month with no problem until July and august of 2020 when i noticed there was 2 payments been debit from my account for loan monthly. Paid off my loan and i am still trying to get back the two payments. Costumer service with this bank is a JOKE they required that i send in proof that the money was debit from my account after telling me that they can see on their end it was paid.Please run if you get approve for car loan through this bank

The worst phone support to ever present itself. Nothing ever goes right. Call for something simple and expect to get bounced around from dept. to dept., and that's assuming the call wasn't dropped.

Please take your money and your time elsewhere!!! You will spend too much of both with these clowns. This group has worked hard at ruining my small business. Renita Manly, Dionna, Michelle, Kathy and Toni in the Enterprise Fraud Department work for the fraudsters and not you. They don't return calls, they don't assist, they act like they don't care. They make up the rules as they go along. I have been like a rabbit, chasing a carrot doing the things they want me to do to prove that they weren't hacked and my account wasn't compromised and none of this was my fault! There are no standard procedures. You and your account are at someone's personal mercy. Please Please Please go to Chase! Worst customer service I have ever had anywhere!!!

Have banked with them through a series of changes over the years . . . have found the BBVA group to be unaccommodating and difficult to deal with. Found out they were charging me $15 bucks a month for my money market account with any notification. Had a substantial amount in it until I purchased a new automobile. Thus, the charge for their "service" or lack of service. I'm moving away from them. Good riddance.
