We were fortunate enough to be able to meet with Ahmed Yahia. He was able to provide us with excellent customer service by assisting with getting a higher interest rate for our money market. He is very knowledgeable and followed through with a Phone call 2 weeks later to see if we needed anything.He also suggested new products that PNC offers which were beneficial.

They installed a new outside ATM that works great. I went inside for a deposit slip for the first time and the woman inside was very friendly and helpful. 10/10

PNC is customer friendly very accommodating and so for a pleasant place to do financial planning. They have drive-thru as well as drive up to the window service. On this day I had to go to the teller counter I was there to do a debit card cash withdrawal that was recommended by my credit card provider. Unfortunately the device to do cash withdrawals was inoperable and they suggested I try another bank other than their branch named bank, that's only because they're the only one in my vicinity.

If I had a dollar for everytime I got to Compass and it was inexplicably closed I wouldn't be using Compass Bank anymore. Please for the love of God update your Saturday hours so I don't spend my Saturday mornings driving all over town trying to find a bank. Terrible terrible terrible customer service.

This is not a good bank. Stay away. They didn't allow me access to a deposit for 10 days, lied to me about when it would be available, & continued to charge overdraft fees for bills I had to pay when I had plenty in my account to cover it. Very poor customer service & ethics.

This location needs better management and scheduling. There's usually only one teller working both the walk-up counter and drive thru. There are more employees behind the desks and they looked bored with nothing to do. The coffee is a hit or miss because sometimes the machine doesn't work.

I waked into this establishment, and asked to cash a check, and the african american lady at the front told me that I can't cash a check there if I don't have an account, so I respectfully left. I then called my fiancé who DOES have a BBVA account, wrote him a check, and was going to have him deposit it into his account since that is absolutely within my rights to do and I didn't want to press them to cash my check if it wasn't allowed. My fiancé goes in, attempts to deposit the check I gave him, the lady saw my name on it, and attempted to deny him. He basically had to throw a fit to literally let HIS BANK deposit a check TO HIM. He had his ID and all necessary info to verify it's validity. absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to also add that the lady made very condescending and rude remarks such as "I'm not sure who that person was, I don't want to assume their gender because you never know these days, but we can't accept your check because I can tell it's from her and she was just in here." ...so much wrong with that statement. That was for sure her way of saying your fiancée looks like a man and I see she found a way to do what she wants to do even though I wanted to deny her because I don't care about my job or my customers. Very disappointed with this interaction. That type of front desk person is cancerous to a business and I would highly suggest that upper management do some reconsideration or at least reprimand.
