PNC Crestwood, business specialist Tyler is the best! The location for me is not a convenient drive but is well worth it because of the level of excellence that I received from Tyler as a Business customer with one LLC and two non-profits. I have been with PNC for 50 years, my first checking account at 16 which explains the level of disappointment I had! The lack of customer service and professionalism I recieved from two other branches. The first branch manager stood me up for my first appointment, never followed up with me afterwards, lost all my important business documents and allowed his employee in training to fix his mistake only to find out my application was submitted under the incorrect business name. The second branch manager, I was passed to, redid my paper work but never returned any of my 4 phone calls and email nor did her Regional manager. I applied for a Business Credit Card on May 6 and finally got everything done by Tyler 6/18. Tyler not only with his professionalism, and excellent work ethic, went above and beyond with his compassion and reassurance that he was going to help me. That DID IT FOR ME, because I believed him. My experience was a stressful process, but it was how Tyler made me feel safe to resolve my issues as a female business owner! It’s the integrity to return my calls, FOLLOW UP and address any concerns that I have. I can truly say that he restored my confidence with PNC and I will be going to him for all of my future business needs. Tyler your manager should be proud because you represented the brand of PNC that I was initially expecting! Thank you, Tyler you rock

There appears to be only one teller working the lobby and the drive thru. This branch gets slower every month. Cars behind me are getting mad.

I cam in to get my account information updated and a cashiers check. I waited for over an hour and never saw a "banker." Awful customer service.

Had issues with a charge back which was denied twice, acct closed. However, Ms. Mills branch mngr did it right so 3rd try was the charm!

PNC is the worst bank ever! I tried to open an account with them three times! Mind you I have never done business with them before. However they gave me a really bad impression of them. I received horrible customer service! I was racial profiled and treated like a criminal. They refused to let me open an account with them.

This bank seems to be poorly ran. Rarely opens on time and when they are open it moves at a snails pace. Never done business with a bank that had trouble with being ready when they say they’re open.

Terrible terrible serviceI was there for a very long time on the drive thru more than 4 cars came and went and I kept calling the the lady but no response and she saw I was waiting on her and no answer. It was very disappointing. She knew I was waiting too long she should’ve have check that something was wrong or at least ask. She blamed it on the tube but she saw my car being there with me staring at her trying to get her attention.It made me think she didn’t cared about me until someone else step in.I hope I never have to deal with her again!She acted the whole time like she was waiting for me when truly I was waiting on her!!!!!!!!!!Very unprofessional and disrespectful!!!

Joyce was great helping me get some information changed on my account. Quick and easy process and she answered all the questions we had, including some advice and things to expect about the transition the PNC. Not sure about the other reviews, but I had a great customer service experience.

I've been with BBVA for years (too many). The service has gone downhill. The app only successfully scans checks for deposit about 1 in 5 tries. And the two times I've replaced my debit card after BBVA hasn't sent a new one in three years and the chip was malfunctioning, I was charged a $5 card replacement fee. How about you DON'T charge me for accessing the funds you're collecting interest on? This location is currently closed, not even the drive thru is open, guess they were infected, but they could at least update their hours... Very rude security guard yelled at me for knocking on the door to ask when the drive thru would be open. I'm switching banks after 15 years.
