We called to inquire about a new brand of mattress and Jim gave us good facts and comparisons on the mattresses he carried. So we drove to the store, tried out several different mattresses and settled on the one which met our needs for our guest room. Jim answered all our questions and was was extremely helpful with our decision. Our new mattress will be delivered on Monday!

Both Joel and Jim at 2 locations on Hwy 280 were very knowledgeable and professional…good guys! I bought a bed set and it was delivered the next day by 2 very professional hard-working delivery guys. I would highly recommend this fine team!

After making the wrong decision on a mattress (100% my fault), I used the comfort exchange to correct this problem and get one that is much better. Joe and Joel were both fantastic in every step of the way, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend making sure you cover yourself with the comfort exchange. It might cost a little more to do it but without it I would have ended up with a big problem. You absolutely do not want to end up with the wrong mattress. It's a long term investment that really matters!
