Excellent customer service!! I have purchased three mattresses at Bedzzz express and if there is ever any problem with them they will work with you to correct it. I will not purchase one anywhere else. I feel like they care about me as a customer. That is something that is hard to find.

I wanted to buy from a local business, not a chain.Good interaction with the Salesman.I felt comfortable, no pressure to buy.I bought a Sterns & Foster pillow top mattress, which was what I’ve wanted for many years, very expensive even with the Black Friday sale, BUT I appreciated the Salesman letting me know that the price is set nationally for that brand, so same price everywhere. I was looking to shop and buy without having to go from store to store, mission accomplished❣️

Barry was great to work with. Was looking for mattress for my teenage child and he was patient to let them try different options for what they liked best. Easy to schedule delivery and felt no pressure at all. Would go back next time I need another mattress.
