It never fails when I and my family go into this place we are NEVER asked if we need help until we are leaving and are asked if we found everything, lol. Like really? That's why when it happens what I came to get I refuse to buy it from them. Maybe one day they'll catch on.??♀️??

1st time I've been here in a long time now I think I know why. Went in to buy a car stereo but after waiting almost 30 minutes, even after hunting someone down & they said they would send someone over, I was blown away when the employee that finally showed up told me that every choice I made was out of stock! She went on to tell me that best thing to do & what most people do is order online. There were so many customers by the time she got there you could tell she couldn't be bothered helping me understand how to do it. Doubt they get another chance from me because I was ready to purchase that day & everything was negative from beginning to end. They also don't respond to emails requesting help w/these issues!

Went to get my subwoofer installed which took a while, but was well worth the wait. The setup is extremely clean and looks great, the guy helping me was very knowledgeable and even fixed some issues I had along the way as he went. 10/10

Karen helped my husband and I upgrade my phone and she was great. She was efficient and fun to talk to. She even made sure my screen protector was on perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for better service!

I took my iPad to get erased because I forgot my passcode. They didn't fix and they threw my plastic away that it came in. To put icing on the cake, food was on my screen. The person didn't clean their hands before touching my screen or tablet. ????????????

I came in to buy new appliances for my lake house and was waited on by Carolyn who was very nice and helpful. I came back later the same day about 4:30 to purchase and Carolyn was apparently gone for the day. I walked around for about 20 minutes in the appliance section but no one offered to help me. So I said "good bye" to the friendly lady at the front door and left - never to return again. Sorry.

I came in there for 3 things when I asked for help the electronics person looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language, didn't know what it was and then typed something on the computer and said " We don't have this " surprise , they did have it . She also told me they didn't have any open box monitors (they did ) The monitor out of box price was actually more expensive than the brand new price so we had an adventure trying to figure out the real price at the register . No one in the electronics department ever knows what they are talking about , but instead of "I am sorry I don't know ,let's look it up together " they just pretend they do know. This Best Buy I frequently just have to help myself and hope I find it . The only reason I have given it any stars is customer service and cashier's are always very nice and help when they can.

Store was clean, and they're still doing minimum entry here. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable... prices outrageously high for the product lines. Not a good selection on tablets.

First time in decades I've returned an item to Best Buy and it not be a hassle. Mater of fact because of that and formally charging a so called restocking fee, me and some friends stopped shopping there. Good they've discontinued that policy. I will shop at this Trussville, Alabama location again.

The representative had an attitude that was cold as ice I asked if he had a particular item he didn't even look it up he just looked at me and said no he never carries that sort of stuff. I always thought that customers came first but according to him he came first
