I would say this is a joke of an establishment, but that would be an insult to jokes. Jokes are funny, flexible, and clever unlike Birmingham Color Graphics Inc. They told me the files I sent were incorrect, after inquiring for more information the man said he didn’t know. I told him I brought my laptop to create the correct files and they said there was nothing they would do about it. I was looking for a quote and I couldn’t even get that. Upon first calling this company, they instructed me to send them what I want printed and to include my phone number and name. I and was told I would receive a call about it. I received no call and I’ve had just a really awful experience this past two weeks of correspondence with them. Even during the phone calls they were very short with me. I can tolerate that but also pair with bad business. I don’t work in the print industry, it’s not my job to know how to do this, if they were elite at business, they would say we’ll see what we can do and provide options that a novice would understand. Walk me through some of the methods no such customer service was offered. I wanted to go with a local business but, I guess it was my fault for thinking a print shop knew how to make labels, or create files for what they print. To be honest I wish I could have given a zero star. I’m positive the experience would be different had a caucasian liaison for the company were sent. Now i think about it all of the colors in the shop were pretty muted I don’t think they use pantone colors which is industry standard. Office depot has been better in my experience.

To fine artists needing quality prints: I would not recommend this shop. There was very little attention paid to detail. My prints I originally ordered were miscut (a different size than specified) and as one of the reprints, I was sold a damaged print as a normal print (1.5 inch tear up the side). When we brought this to their attention, the costumer service was rude and flippant about the mistakes and the ethics of selling damaged products. I received a free reprint of the damaged print purchased at full price, but there was no refunding or discounts made for their other mistakes or the trouble of having to make extra trips to the shop for their mistakes. In the future I’ll seek elsewhere for a print shop that values details and craftsmanship (as well as integrity when it comes to products and customers).

I was severely disappointed in the service I received, especially the manner in which I was spoken to and treated. I will never use them for my personal or business needs.

I emailed them for a quote for my canvas, they responded right away with a quote and a time frame for the project. Once I sent them the photo they had it ready 4 days early. I highly recommend this company. They were very nice and the canvas was beautiful. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. It's hard these days to find good service and quality work but they have it going on.

Mark and his team at Birmingham Color Graphics are wonderful to work with and produce a wide range of quality items. If you can dream it, Mark can probably make it happen. I have had them make some campaign signs as well as some other yard signs for work. They are helpful, nice, and have a quick turnaround. For my last batch of signs I looked at using an online company to have them delivered, but the customer service with BCG and the fact that they are local are more important for me. Thank you, BCG!
