I went to the Trussville store because to me they have more options than the one in Hoover. Brooke was the only woman in there attending to customers. She’s as sweet as can be and fricken hilarious. Once it was just us and Brooke in the store she gave us her full attention ( my aunt and mom took my birthday shopping) I wanted this big ol belt buckle that was $160, Brooke took 10% off because it was my birthday the belt buckle and my aunt paid the rest. But the point is that Brooke gave her attention to everything customer and worked so hard being the only person working, I hope I see Brooke again, Brooke if you see this I hope you get I raise and thank you so much!

Hats, jackets and boots galore! All different price ranges and such a wide selection of everything! The associates were more than helpful with measuring and care information. We found a perfect fit. Thanks guys.

I saw a very good selection of items today that I saw . When I walked over to the men's jeans section I was so amazed and they looked so good I picked up a good pair. Yes it is expensive but it was worth it for me because I needed a good new pair. Service was very good and everything was good I left with a smile on my face. Boot Barn had exactly what I needed.

Overpriced not much of an in store selection except in store brand of tack as opposed to useful boots.only useful.if you are going dancing and need leather bottom boots.

I have never been here before. I was impressed with their selection of Western boots, something for everyone. Very nice line of clothing, but some a bit pricey. Also had a nice selection of southwestern jewelry. I didn't make a purchase that day but will be back.
