I wish I could give negative stars. Delaney Bennett signed me up for an auto policy I did not want. I told him that I was sticking with my home owners policy only, well he signed me up anyway! Somehow got my VIN number because I didn’t give him that and put an active policy on my car. When I got the bill, I didn’t pay it because why would I? Well Allstate sent me to collections and now are refusing to fix it. I’m not paying for something I didn’t want and was illegal signed up for. I still have my home owners through them… for now. Absolutely awful company and of course Delaney no longer works there according to the lady on the phone but yet he still shows on their website…? Absolutely disgusting

WORST insurance company EVER! I would have given zero stars but for the fact that you have to include at least one. First time having homeowner's insurance and went with this agency as they came through a lender referral. Had to submit a claim and I am now almost 7 weeks out with no resolution in sight. We have been living in a construction zone with a barely usable kitchen during this entire duration. No one at this agency reached out to help resolve my claim. When I called about the damage we experienced, I was told by the agent that this is not what homeowner's insurance is for. "It is for catastrophic events, like a fire or if a tree falls on your house." Apparently, according to him, not when you have a water damage incident. Really, Bill? Is your agency specializing in bullying now? I would expect that a local company would take care of their customers and provide superlative customer service. Not Breck Price Allstate Insurance and certainly not Allstate period. We have been tossed around to different adjustors, none of them local, all with a different story and all with promises to get this resolved and get our kitchen and laundry room put back whole. I'm STILL waiting! Complete lack of communication on the part of Allstate agents. Shameful, unprofessional and appalling! "Do the right thing" is clearly NOT their motto! We are NOT IN GOOD HANDS!

Overcharged me on my premium 2 separate times and have been waiting on a refund since October 2019 just canceled both policies would not recommend if you want to actually pay what your quoted

The Pirce Agency makes everything simple for me. They answer every question I have and are extremely patient. There is no better insurance agency around. Do yourself a favor and get these folks on your side.
