My family and I had SUCH a great night at Bowlero! We haven't bowled in a long time and forgot how much fun it is. Everyone had a blast. The facility was clean and orderly. The lighting and the music were ideal. We all had so much fun and I'm excited to go back in the future. I'd like to mention that Lane S. went above and beyond in helping me schedule my event and at the bowling alley, Carla did such a superb job making sure my family and I had everything we needed to enjoy our time. I didn't get his name but the man attending the bar was excellent as well. All around great customer service and exceptional experience. I highly recommend this bowling alley and I hope to go back again.

This place is dishonest. They will add tip after tip and charge it to your card for every transaction. Looks way better online, in person it's run down. Update: I called and apparently they add 18% tip to every single transaction.. ridiculous to be charged 18% tip for someone to hand you a drink. One foundation drink is $5 also. Movie theater prices for a run down old bowling alley they slapped paint on. Don't go to this place, oak mtn lanes is 20x better.

I came here on Black Friday and bowled with my boyfriend and his family. We chose this place as it was the most convenient location for us. We were able to get two lanes shortly after getting here. Maybe only 10-15 minutes. We went to the bar area where we got drinks. I got Sprite and Tito's The bartender makes them strong! When we were bowling, our lane ran into several issues while we were playing. From incorrect pins being knocked down to what was showing on the overhead screen to having to get our lanes reset. Their system seems a little dated and could really use an upgrade for a more enjoyable experience. When I go to Oak Mountain Lanes in Pelham, we never have issues and it's even fun cause you can upload your pictures on the screen and play against your friends. I waited in the food line nearly 30 minutes and gave up once I heard people were waiting an hour to 1.5 hours for their food. It did look good, but in the future I would probably eat first before coming here to play so I can enjoy more of my time bowling and less time waiting for food. It's still a fun time here, but it could be better. We definitely need a good place to bowl on 280.

I love this place! My family joined a league this year and we are loving it! The manager Cody and the bartender Cameron stand out with exceptional customer service and friendliness. I highly recommend coming here. Plus the food is delicious! (My favorite is the popcorn!)

BE AWARE OF YOUR PRICE BEFORE YOU HAND OVER YOU CREDIT CARD Last night I visited this location to bowl. I arrived around 7:40pm I spoke to the girl at the desk and explained that I wanted the Monday Special 8pm-11pm unlimited bowling for $14.49. I told her that I would wait to 8pm for that. She said you needed my credit card to assign me me lane. She assigned me a lane. I waited at the lane until 8pm. I started then. I finished around 10pm and went back to the counter. She then told be my charge was for 52 bucks. I told her I was doing the special. She said I didn't tell her that. I explained yes I did she wouldn't change the charge. I revisited the site thinking I may have misread the posting on their website. I called her back after I left to ask her why she would charge me that much knowing that the special started at 8pm. I asked her for the manager. She told me I should have told her that I wanted the special. I argued that it doesn't make since , Why would I want to pay $52.00 instead of the special @ $14.49. She told me sorry that there was nothing she could do and cut me off. Be aware of this. This is a typical bait and switch tactic and shady business practices. I find this very disappointing considering I have bowled here for several years and have always given good referrals to my fellow league bowlers to visit this location. My opinion obviously has changed.

This location is pure convenience for us. The only reason we go to it. Prices are crazy! Staff is good... food okay but as a family of four we can easily spend $200 in one night. This is bowling two games, snacks, and drinks. I had no clue it could add up that fast. The facilities are okay. Not the cleanest... always dark when we go in and I can see the filth in those conditions. My daughter wants to have a bowling birthday party. So I quoted while there and compared to other places... it was easily $150 more than other places and that's with no packages. The packages where WAY more than others. I would suggest going out of your way to go to other places to bowl. We will from now on.

Good Friday night bowling experience. There was no wait for a lane. $21/person (includes shoes) for unlimited games from 9 - closing. Reasonably priced snack bar and drinks. Table service. Kitchen was a little backed up (1 hour wait). The lane seating is a little tight.

So on a Sunday afternoon with maybe 6 people there we were informed that all lanes were reserved by the bowling leagues which I completely understand but my question would be why would even stay open to the public if technically you're not open to the public. Makes no sense to to at least not inform your customers on your website or at the minimum a sign on the door. Thanks but I'll take my business down the road where we were welcomed and had a lane in 15 minutes.

08/08/2021, Bowlero Riverview, 2908 Riverview Rd, Hoover, AL is a terrific place for bowling, nice lanes, good service. Also, Kandis is very nice by the way she asks how we are doing, and she is very knowledgeable about bowling. At the food counter, Patricia F is very nice and the young man is very nice too. The food is terrific! God bless! Mark N Tim Elders

Nice atmosphere, music wasn't as diverse as I would like, but the drinks were great and the staff was friendly! Had a good time!

So update, we have ordered food twice... the first time they "lost" our order. So after an hour I went to check on it. They did take it off our tab and apologized. Tonight we ordered again, simple order burger and fries and hot dogs and fries. So when they brought out our food they hat tater tots instead of fries... so when I went up and asked she said they were out of fries...so they just assumed we liked tater tots... well guess what.. I cannot stand tater tots and would have ordered something else instead.... but nope..... no such luck... I think we won't be ordering food here anymore.... the only thing this place can get right is the drinks...

If you're looking for arcade games like I am, this place is just as bad as it was under the prrevious management. Just a small collection of kid gambling and phone games. Think Dave and Busters, but without the volume that at least gives you a few good games..

There is no other place to bowl in the Birmingham area! Great lanes, and great people! I've been bowling here for almost 20 years!
