I been trying to cancel my Raindrop Car Wash subscription for two months. Every time I click on the app it say unavailable. How can I cancel this by contacting someone?

Man, I just went today, and i dont know the guy's name, but it's 8:33 a.m., and this guy is energetic like it's 3:00 p.m., he definitely made my visit a lot easier with his customer service. The wash was great, and everything else appreciated you guys and definitely will return
