I received a dirty car that still had mess from the last person who had the car. The customer service was none existent. This particular location was the worst I've been too and this is my second time renting.

As hertz president's circle, national executive elite, avis President's club, beware of this non-corporate, budget franchise location. They pad fees on to the total, my contracted rate was inclusive of all fees and taxes, yet they added this again. Also bogus recharge fees for Tesla.

I have rented from this location several times. Ms. Donna and Ms. Angelia are both pleasant. They definitely work hard. This location stays busy. My overall experiences have been good. Thanks to you both for making my experiences nice.

really wish i could leave zero stars honestly! I came to pick up my rental today and I have a debit card so she said she would need a utility bill and a bank statement printed out. I got everything pulled out and asked if there was an email i can send it to so that she could print it and she said no, i would have to go to a printing service company to get it printed and then come back!!!! I'm pretty sure that isn't a rule and i just feel like to exceed customer service you could have done that one thing. It's not like paper comes out of your check and I'm the one who actually wasted money for an Uber to drive here and also wasted my time. I would never even show interest in giving this company my business again!!?

Although I had a reservation time I still had to wait in line after arrival it wasn't too bad though, about 45 minutes. I used my AARP membership to reserve my rental and it was lower than anything else I had found for the size of the truck that I rented. I highly recommend it.

Great prices, Very good customer service. All local car rentals were closed on the weekend, But, Budget Car Rental was open and ready for business.

Renting with a debit card can be a pain but with a copy of my statement it was easy. Plus, I got a huge car upgrade from a Camry to a Dodge Challenger because they were short on cars. Sweet! Thanks Budget Car Rental. I’ll be riding in style!

I cannot say enough about Ms. Angelia (sp?) She went above and beyond to make sure we got the van we needed. Once there to pick up the staff was amazing.

Love this location to rent vehicles and drop off car and get a ride to the airport , as soon as you checkin they are very fast and efficient. And call a driver to pickup you up asap .when you landCall em and they are there in less than 10 min they handle your bags. If your renting a car they do everything to get u in the one you want it’s only about a half mile to airport. You can’t go wrong here , you ride in large comfortable high top vans.

So I rented a car on Sunday and I was told that there was a $200 deposit and the total for my car was $103 for one day so I extended 3 extra days which I was told would be $92/day. I look at my credit card statement today and was charged $439 which doesn't even make since. So I called and was told that there isn't a deposit and my total is $439 for 4 days including taxes and fees which still doesn't add up even if there isn't a deposit. So I told the manager what happened and she told me that there was never a deposit and I advised her that the person I rented the car with told me that it is a $200 deposit so I asked if I could be refunded for that she told me no $439 is the total even though one of her employees is the one who told me that there was a $200 deposit. So I'm being charged because one of there employees told me the wrong info or either one of them don't know what they are talking about if I would've known it was $300 to rent for 1 day I would've never rented with them which is how you know I wasn't told this info. Make sure if you rent with them you clarify if there is a deposit or not because I was told one thing and charged for something else that I wasn't even aware of.
