Great customer service, you feel like family when you’re there. And Vee is guaranteed to give you laughs while you’re there. Star is amazing, best mani pedi you’ll ever get. She is precision on them feet baby!

Slow slow slow I got there at 10am the time they open its was 1 girl already sitting getting there nails done I waited 3 hours to get my nails and feet done and I was the second person there this is unexceptable and time consuming never again

Run down & not very welcoming to new customers.. i was recommended this place by an associate of mine who said she can always get her nails done here for a reasonable price than other salons. Immediately when I entered I could see why, you get what you pay for. The place was not clean, supplies & junk everywhere. They even had a small child running around & they kept stopping to go monitor their other children that were outside running around the parking lot. You sit & wait on a dirty couch & a few broken chairs. Everything looked old, unkept, unorganized & outdated. I wanted to give them a chance because of the recommendation but as I waited & watched people be serviced the acrylics were thick & bulky. They also will allow their regulars to skip you. The one positive thing I can say is that the 2 women & 1 man that I saw working there did seem like once they know you they’d be really nice to you. It seemed like they had a good relationship with their regulars. They actually talked to them while servicing them which is always a plus. Based on the condition of the place I can understand why they’d want to maintain the income of their regulars however not greeting new customers, allowing them to be skipped is how you miss out on increasing income for the growth of your business.

Vy and Star always do a wonderful job, I usually dont get all the design she post but I show Vy the nails I want and she does such a great job recreating them. Im always satisfied. Love that salon so much.They have wal ins and I barley have to wait, but when I do I dont care much because after she is done with my nails I am very over joyed from how beautiful my nails look!
