Absolute worst bank i have dealt with. They took over our CD from another bank in Arizona; and we can't get our money back! They have no branches in Arizona. They have the CD on automatic renewal with no contact information how to stop the automatic renewal. Try to call, they disconnect you or conveniently say they cannot verify our identity. I tried sending a certified letter, thanks to the lovely USPS it hasn't arrived there, now it's a week late. I will keep trying to call, and will escalate the issue. It's complete insanity. If this isn't resolved by Friday I will be forced to hire an attorney.

I recently opened a checking and savings account here. The teller was very helpful. I have had a great experience with all members of the bank. Make sure you get the fluent app on your phone.
