I love this pharmacy and the people who work there. Everyone is extremely nice. As long as I'm in the 280 corridor, I won't be going anywhere else. A true gem, unlike some of the bigger pharmacies!

Cahaba Phamacy is a gem. It feels like a small miracle that places like this persist, in a world dominated by big chain pharmacies.It took me years to finally switch over from the CVS/Walgreens of the world. Can't overstate how lucky I feel to have this alternative that offers such superior attention, care, friendliness, and convenience.

If you have the chance to use this pharmacy, DO IT. You will not regret it. I was so sad when I moved away, and it was no longer convenient for me to use them. Friends constantly asked me, "Why don't you just use Walgreens or CVS?" I explain, I know those two have all the locations and options, but they don't know my name when I walk in the door. They don't go out of the way to help me when needed. Again - if you can use Cahaba Pharmacy... DO IT!

I cannot say enough good things about my new pharmacy.I honestly respect those who work for big chain pharmacies, but I think they are under too much pressure from corporate directives to provide the individual care that my health currently requires.The entire staff at Cahaba does just that; they provide individualized care and consultation while maintaining my privacy with regard to any and all prescriptions.The phone is always answered by a live person. There is never a need to decide which department my call should be routed. An actual person listening and speaking in real time…novel idea.My mother from South Georgia recently came to Birmingham. After an emergency doctor’s appointment, her medications were immediately filled and processed by Cahaba. The refills were then sent personally to her home town pharmacy in Georgia. The two pharmacists from each location spoke live, ensuring everything had been transmitted appropriately.It’s not that other pharmacies aren’t capable of doing this, but it’s the ease and care that everyone here provides when I need it the most.Incredible people, service and care. Thank you!
