Pump handle #7 is broken. I reported to the lady attendant, she could care less and proceeded to insult me. Lol. Please avoid pump #7 and the overtly rude woman that works at night.

They advertise newport soft pack for 825 pr pack. She charges me 1025. I try and tell her she is wrong and thats false advertising and she says thats my problem and o well. Ppl are so messed up nowdays. They just blatenly rob you and you cant do nothing about it. The ways of the world are so messed up. Id b better offf in ensley. This supposed to be the nice part of bham but theyre worse than the slums. I work hatd for my money and these ppl who work here just laugh while they steal it from me.

The review about the apparent “disabled” employee is insane and honestly a negative and prejudiced reflection of the reviewer, and not the gas station itself. It’s a gas station, not a 5 star hotel. Manage your expectations. And out of all the gas stations in the area, this is one of the better ones.

tried to buy a breezebar here i am 21 my id scans, and the lady just refused to sell it to me and said my id didn’t scan. it’s a real alabama id. they do whatever they want here.

Listen, I'm all for the hiring of the special needs people, but if you are working a register and dealing with cash I think you should at least have to understand basic math. Also the attitude from disabled Zimbabwe is not customer friendly and another reason I don't think the mentally challenged should be working the register. There are some other very nice employees, but others need to be fired. He also uses the closest parking spot to the front door when employees should always use the farthest spot away from the door

Bought a vape cartridge at this location and when I got home it did not work. I took it back to try and exchange it but the lady at the register told me they can not return open products. So I paid for a $28 vape that doesn't not work and can't get my money or a products that works.

I will never come back to this store ever again. The cashier here will ignore you when you ask a question from her. This store seriously needs some manager's attention. The prices are also way higher than any other gas station around this area.

I came here after church to gas up. I would come here again . Convenient, clean gas station but gas pump did NOT produce my receipt. So annoying.
