I used my debit card at the pump and they placed a hold on the entirety of the money on that card for 24 hours. I was supposed to take my grandmother to lunch but I couldn’t anymore because of their hold. Either use the Circle K just up the road or be ready to have all of your money placed on a 24 hour hold I guess. Other reviews have mentioned that they’ve had issues with credit card fraud here too, so risk it if you want.

Fraudulent charges at a gas pump yesterday
Debit card issue at pump. I could not get card to read, but I received 2 fraudulent charges.

The man collecting trash was really rude to me for being next to a pump for a few minutes after pumping. I’ve never had an experience like that at a gas station.

I loved this place since I moved to Birmingham. You can see how many times I've been there but I will never be back. Brisket was 99% fat. It was to go or I would have sent it back so you just totally ruined my meal.

I googled a few cheap gas stations near me and the first 2 said they were $3.18 but when I arrived they were $3.35 and $3.29 I didn’t like that they were being deceiving online. So I said I would try one more and when I got to this one it said online that it was $3.18 and when I arrived, it was $3.17.

Rude cashier came out yelling at me to move my car from the pumps. Husband and I just fueled up $100 and $75 for both our cars and bought drinks. Never had that happened. Especially with their being plenty of pumps and no one having to line up or wait for pumps while we where there.

This is the most convenient gas station for my family to frequent. Unfortunately, we will no longer be using this station. Stopped by early one morning to pick up 20 bags of ice to take to a cancer fundraising event. The ice cooler was completely full, but the cashier refused to sell me the number of bags I wanted to purchase. She told me I could only get a few bags and the proceeded to be rude and argumentative. When I ask if there was a quantity limit she said no but refused to sell me the ice. Seriously- the rudest and laziest person I’ve ever dealt with!

The down votes are from haters. This is the cleanest, most professional gas station within 1 mile of itself. Good prices on a wide selection of gas station staples. The Icee machine is always clean and operating, and it's not a knockoff one either. Forget the Shell stations on Acton. GO HERE!

This is the worst establishment I have ever done business with. Had to break a $20 so I bought items I didn't need nor did I want to be able to do that and while I know that cash is hard to come by for businesses the bank would only give me $20's so I had to improvise as I was supporting the Girl Scouts. The manager was rude once while I was in the store and again when I called back. Yes I am aware that yall are not a bank, yes I am aware that cash is hard to come by (again bought items I didn't need and my money is hard to come by as well) but I made purchases from your store and thats where it should have have ended. I will however never buy A THING from there again. And I will tell everyone I know and lives or works around here what a jackass you, the manager was. Times are tough and when someone is trying to spend their money in your establishment it should be appreciated.

Though the pump is equipped with contactless payment, it is not actually enabled. When I spoke to the staff about this they indicated the owners do not plan to enable it. When I asked to leave feedback via a note or voicemail to the owner they indicated that was not possible.
My suggestion to cover the contactless reader with some tape or a sign was also dismissed.
Going forward, we will be driving past this gas station to another better run alternative.
