Just check out my closet and you will see that this store is my favorite. The staff here know you by name and are always friendly and helpful. It's a fun place to shop with a terrific selection. I can always find something fabulous when I stop by.

Well, I had researched exactly what I wanted based on their existing inventory (online) and was ready to do some serious damage. After my roughly 45 minute drive, in traffic, I was very confused to pull up to the store to find it dark at 6PM when they close at 9PM. On the door was a note that said "we are temporarily closed and will reopen Thursday at 10AM". I have no idea what happened but there is no message when you call or no message on social media (at least that I saw) letting you know about the closure. It's just very frustrating - it's the holiday season, an odd time to close 3 hours early. Last time I had a bad experience as well - but, it was really about the 2 women who were working at the time. So, I thought I would give them another shot, and, well, we saw how that went.

My favorite store since it first came to Biimgham many, many, many moons ago! Why, I have clothes from there purchased over 20 years ago that still look great! You simply cannot beat well made, hip, classic clothes from Chico's! (No, hip, classic is NOT an oxymoron.)

Best customer care I’ve ever had!!! They help me, elderly women and women with disabilities. They are the best store at the summit with the best sales women. I’ve personally witnessed them take white glove care of women in wheel chairs and a visually impaired woman. The one sales woman met the visually impaired woman , ,who needed a cane, at the front door and walked her to the items she wanted to try and then walk her to the dressing room. Because of their salesmanship and care of ALL customers, they get my vote for best business at the Summit and in Vestavia/BIRMINGHAM.

This is the best store for customer service!! It's not cheap but the clothes are well made and the latest styles. There is no problem returning an item if you need to and they will ship free anything you need to order. They have excellent sales. I don't have anything negative to say about this store.

This is one of my favorite "nice" clothing stores to shop at, however they are a bit pricey. Their clothes are made with great quality and fit very well to all body sizes and shapes. I mostly purchase business casual items for work or dressy clothing items. Mostly I shop here whenever they have a huge sale on their clothes or the clearance section for off season sale items. The customer service is always superb and they even have free shipping to your home if you want to purchase an item that they may not have in the store.

Wasn't please with selection. Shopped Trussville and Summit. It seemed to me what I found the re e was for older women. I'm 70 but didn't find anything. What I did find that I considered there was no size 2's available
