Stood there 10 mins at 12:30, not busy at all. Nobody ever came to sit us. There was 4 small groups waiting to be seated. Ended up leaving.

My experience tonight was unpleasant. I ordered a ribeye steak that had a funny taste. I informed the waitress and she got an attitude and loud because of my complaint. She asked did I want to see the manager and I said yes, but the waitress continued to be outrageous. I did receive another steak to go but had lost my appetite. It was my first meal of the day and it was ruined. Also, didn't want to eat the meal once I got home so I went to Longhorn and ordered me a steak and very satisfied. It will be a long time before I go back.

Great place. Food was great but service was a little slow when it was not busy at all. Lots of selection and choices. Be sure to check out the backside of the menu for the best deals. Very clean inside and out out. Plenty of parking. Restrooms are just okay.Parking: There’s plenty of free parkingKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. There is a Kids menu.

My wife, son and I arrived just before 6PM on 1/31/24. We were seated immediately by Mary our server, but we waited at least 15 minutes for her to return to take our drink and food orders. We waited 10 more minutes for our drinks, and another 10 minutes for our food. All the food was cold, my wife's chicken was dry and a skin had developed on the alfredo sauce. The food obviously sat before it was served to us. While we were eating, Mary returned once to check on us and refilled my son's drink. It was 7 o’clock before she returned to ask if we wanted any boxes. My wife ordered a dessert which came out without much delay. My wife asked for our bill when the dessert arrived, but it took another 15 minutes for us to touchpad to pay – at 7:30 PM. The two other tables had a similar experience. The man next to us sat for 20 minutes tapping his credit card on the table before Mary noticed him. The couple at the booth behind ours commented on how bad the service was when they left. During our meal, I noticed that the bartender had time to chat leisurely with the customers at the bar. I thought she looked like our server, but I couldn’t connect her with our server since we were being ignored while she was chatting away with the people at the bar.
My daughter was a bartender at Red Lobster for 7 years. I’ve seen her handle the bar, the drinks for the restaurant and 4 tables during dinner shifts – there were 2 bartenders for peak weekend shifts. She had to keep moving to get it all done. I know that there was no excuse for the service we received last night on a slow Wednesday evening.
